Sketch Saturday #314

Good morning!  Happy Saturday!  Hope your weekend is off to a great start!  Sorry, but my post is pre-scheduled again.  I'm feeling a little better, but it hasn't been that great of a week, to be honest.  I hope that I will be back on track very soon and back to my normal posting and visiting. I appreciate your patience and kind words.  Anyway, I am here this morning with my DT card for this week's Sketch Saturday Challenge.  We are generously sponsored by Simon Says Stamp, who is offering the winner a $25 gift voucher for the Simon Says Stamp on-line store.

And here is my take on the sketch:

My card base is SU Baja Breeze and the mats are SU Pink Pirouette. I decided to let the patterned papers make my card for me.  They are all from the My Mind's Eye Cut & Paste Flair 6x6 pad. I thought they worked perfectly with Vannessa's sketch.  I cut out the three middle panels from sheet in the pad.  The sentiment is from Create With TLC.  A couple of pairs of opaque gems finished my simple card.
