Little Miss Muffet Challenge #93

Good morning!  Happy Thursday!  Hope you've had a good week so far!  This post is pre-scheduled, so I hope it goes off on time.  I am going to be tied up all morning with an outpatient procedure, but I hope to feel well enough to come around later in the day.  Anyway, I am here with this week's DT post for Little Miss Muffet Stamps.  We have a brand new challenge for you this week!  The theme is "blue and green".  Yep, that's it.  Just use blue and green for your creation.

Here is my blue/green card:

My card base and mats are Kiwi Kiss and the patterned papers are from the Echo Park Paradise Beach 6x6 pad.  The pretty image is Nimiane Mermaid from Little Miss Muffet Stamps.  I colored in soft aqua shades with my Copics.  I added Liquid Pearls to her hair and Green and Crystal Stickles to the shells and spots.  I also added some Glossy Accents to the bubbles.  The sentiment is from Create With TLC.   That's it.  I didn't want to add anything else this time.

Here is a close-up of the colored image:

Thanks for stopping by!  Be sure to visit the Little Miss Muffet blog and check out the fantastic creations from the rest of the Little Misses and our wonderful Guest Designers, Karen, Sharla and Donna!  You have until Tuesday, September 9th to enter the challenge.  We hope you will play along!

Elisabeth Bell's World Challenge - August/September

Good morning!  Happy Monday!  I hope you had a good weekend and your week is off to a great start.  I haven't been around the computer much of late and I apologize for not visiting regularly.  There is just a lot going on right now and I'm scrambling to get everything done.  Hopefully it will calm down soon.  Anyway, I am here now to share my DT post for the new Elisabeth Bell's World Challenge.  The theme this time is "pretty in pink".  It should be any easy one for you!  Remember you must use an Elisabeth Bell image, but it can be from any company selling her designs. We are being sponsored by Elphine House Australia.

Here is my card:

My card base and mats are GKD Innocent Pink and the beautiful patterned paper is a digital paper from Michele Roos' Butterfly Garden collection.  She generously shared this one as a freebie awhile back.  The sweet image is Sophie's Birthday Balloon from Elphine House Australia.  I stamped it on MiC Blending Card and colored it with my Copics.  It's hard to see, but I added a little bit of White Opal Liquid pearls to her bracelet.  The sentiment is from SU.   Some beautiful lace, Wild Orchid flowers and lots of pearls finished my card.

My card base and mats are SU Real Red and the background paper is from the American Crafts May Berry collection.  The gingham paper is from the My Mind's Eye Six by Six Everyday Flair pad. The adorable image is Berrylicious from Tiddly Inks.  I printed it on MiC Blending Card and colored it with my Copics.  The sentiment is from Create With TLC.  A doily and a button with a twine bow finished my card.

The Digi Bells Blog Hop

Hi there!  It's me again!  I'm back, as promised, with my DT card for this month's Digi Bells blog hop.  Today we introduce another adorable dig to the Elisabeth Bell Digital Collection.

Please welcome "Reading Buddies" to the Elisabeth Bell Digital Collection! Isn't this just the cutest image?  It was brought out of Elisabeth's archives and made into a digi.  I think it was originally a rubber stamp from SCACD.  I'm the first stop on the hop, so you should start here.  The whole line-up is listed below and on the Digi Bells blog.

Here is my card:

My card base and mats are SU Melon Mambo and the patterned papers are from the Webster's Pages Sweet Notes and Color & Composition collections.  I colored the adorable Reading Buddies with my Copics.  A polka dot ribbon bow and a few gems from my stash finished my card.

Here is a close-up of the colored image:

Thanks for stopping by!  Your next stop on the hop is the blog of one of our wonderful GDs for this term, Vicky!  Be sure to leave comments on every stop along the way for your chance to win this sweet digi.  You have until Friday, August 29th at 9:00 AM to leave comments.  The winners will be announced on Saturday, August 30th on the Digi Bells blog.  Enjoy the rest of the hop!

Here is the line-up in case you get lost:

Friday Coloring Challenge - The Outlawz

Good morning!  Happy Friday!  Hope you've had a good week and you have fun plans for the weekend!  My week has been busy and today is no exception.  In fact, this is my first post of two I'll have today.  Even my DT schedule is busy!  Anyway, I am here with my DT card for this week's Friday Coloring Challenge on The Outlawz site.  The theme this week is "angels", in honor of "Be an Angel" Day, which I believe is actually today.  You can use any kind of angel you'd like and any coloring medium, but you must have a colored image on your project.

Here is my angel card:

My card base and mats are SU Soft Sky and the patterned papers are from the Kaisercraft Sweet Nothings 6.5x6.5 pad.  I embossed the middle panel of patterned paper with two Sizzix embossing folders - Air Mail Stamp and Clocks.  The image is Wither by Rebecca Sinz from Sweet Pea Stamps.  I know she is supposed to be a dark angel, but I made her a soft and pretty angel instead.  She is printed on MiC Blending Card and colored with my Copics.    A silk bow and a few pearls from my stash finished my card.

Here is a close-up of the image:

Thanks for stopping by!  Be sure to visit the Friday Coloring Challenge and check out the beautiful creations from my teammies, Dawn, Penny and Kathi.  We hope you will play along this week.  We have a terrific sponsor for the August challenges.  Bombshell Stamps is offering the lucky winner a digi set of their choice from the Bombshell Stamps online shop
