Little Miss Muffet - Super Saturday

Hi again!  I am back, as promised, with my DT post for Super Saturday at the Little Miss Muffet blog. Thanks to all who participated in our special event and fundraiser last week!  We are back to our normal format this week with inspiration for a few spotlighted stamps, which will be offered at a reduced price for a limited time in the Little Miss Muffet Stamps store.  There are a couple of really cute stamps being featured this week!

Here is my card:

My card base and mats are SU Pretty in Pink and the patterned papers are from the My Mind's Eye Happy Day 6x6 pad.  The adorable stamp I am spotlighting is Polka Dot Pals Lydie from Little Miss Muffet Stamps.  I attempted drawing another face for her.  I hope with lots of practice, I will get better at it!  Everything is colored with Copics.  The sentiment is from Create With TLC.  Some striped ribbon and a few pearls from my stash finished my card.

Here is a close-up of cute Lydie:

Thanks for stopping by!  Be sure to visit the Little Miss Muffet blog and check out the adorable creations from the other Little Misses!  Then head over to the shop and pick out your stamps!  Oh, and our "luuuurve" challenge is underway.  You have until Tuesday, February 11 at 11:55 PM CST to enter your project. Good morning!  Happy Friday!  Hope you've had a good week and you have fun plans for this last weekend before Christmas!  It sure is hard to believe!  With my cards and gifts in the mail, I don't feel as stressed as I did.  Maybe I will even have some time for crafting for fun!  Anyway, I am here now with my DT card for this week's Alcohol Markers Challenge at The Outlawz.  The theme this week is "Happy New Year or New Year's Resolutions".  You can interpret this as you wish, but please remember you must have some coloring with alcohol markers (any brand) to play along.

Here is my card:

My card base and mats are SU Pool Party and the patterned papers are from the My Mind's Eye Cut & Paste "Adorbs" 6x6 pad.  The cute image is New Year Resolutions from Time For Tea Designs, our sponsor for December.  Jo generously provided the team with some digis to use for the challenges.  I printed her on MiC Blending Card and colored her with my Copics.  The sentiment is from Create With TLC.  A simple pink bow finished my card.

Here is a close-up of the colored image:

Alcohol Markers Challenge - The Outlawz

Good morning!  Happy Friday!  Hope those who celebrated had a wonderful Thanksgiving and you are ready for the weekend!  Have you already been shopping?  I don't do the Black Friday thing at all, but I will venture out later at least to the grocery store and maybe the hardware store if it isn't too busy.  Before any of that, I am here with my DT post for this week's Alcohol Markers Challenge at The Outlawz site.  As always for the last Friday of the month, the theme is "anything goes" with the option to add a Christmas twist.  lease remember you must have coloring with alcohol markers (any brand) on your project.

Here is my card:

My card base and mats are SU Cherry Cobbler and the patterned papers are from the Teresa Collins Santa's List 6x6 pad.  The adorable image is Snowflake Ballet from Little Darlings Rubber Stamps.  This was one of the items I got when I won Jenny's awesome blog candy recently.  Thanks, Jenny!  I stamped her on MiC Blending Card and colored her with my copics.  I added glitter to her ear muffs, muff and the trim on her dress. I added a bunch of Silver Stickles to the snowflakes around her.  The sentiment is from Create With TLC.  A couple of 3-D silver star stickers finished my card.

Here is a close-up of the colored image:

Fun in the Sun

Hi there!  Happy Wednesday!  How has your week been so far?  Good, I hope!  The storms yesterday have made today a steam bath!  It's so hot and humid!  I can't complain, though, because although we are way over our normal rainfall, at least there hasn't been the awful flooding that others in the country are experiencing.  I had some contractors in again today, so while they worked, I went to my craft room and made a card for a few challenges I enjoy.

Here is what I made:

My card base and mats are SU Pool Party and the patterned papers are from the Echo Park A Perfect Summer 6x6 pad.  I used two fun images from Pollycraft for Little Miss Muffet Stamps: Swings 'n Slides Ice Cream Cart and Ice Cream Bench.  I colored them both with my Copics.  I cut them out with my Cameo and layered them on foam tape.  The sentiment is from Create With TLC.   With the papers and images, it was busy enough, so I didn't add any more embellishments.

Here is a close-up of the images:

Thanks for stopping by!  If I haven't visited you already, I'll be by soon!

I am entering my card in the following challenges:
Pollycraft Challenge #4 (fun in the sun)
Sketch Saturday #270 (sketch)
Sentimental Sundays #166 (child's play with sentiment)
QKR Stampede #50 (summer fun)

Alcohol Markers Challenge - The Outlawz

Hi again!  I'm back, as promised, with my DT card for this week's Alcohol Markers Challenge at The Outlawz site.  Being the last Friday of the month, our theme is "anything goes" with the option to add a Christmas twist.  The twist is completely optional.  The only requirement is to have coloring with alcohol markers (any brand) on your project.

Here is my card:

I went with the Christmas twist and kept the layout "flat" for better mailing.  Yes, I'm learning - lol! My card base and mats are SU Lucky Limeade and the patterned papers are from the Recollections Festivus 6x6 pad.  The fun image is digi16709 Need More Elves from QKR Stampede.  I printed it on MiC Blending Card and colored it with my Copics.  I added a bunch of Waterfall, Red and Green Stickles to the gifts and star on the tree and Glossy Accents to Santa's spectacles.

Here is a close-up of the image:

Thanks for stopping by!  Be sure to visit the Alcohol Markers Challenge and check out the fun creations from the rest of the DT!  We hope you will be inspired to play along this week!  This is your last chance to be in the running for the fab prize from our June sponsor, Digistamps4Joy.  One lucky participant in this month's challenges will win 5 digis of thier choice from the Digistamps4Joy shop.  There are also lots of great site-wide prizes to be won when you enter the challenges at The Outlawz.

In The Hole

Hi again!  I'm back with a super quick post to share a card I made for a challenge that is ending any minute now, so I'll be brief.  My card is for the QKR Stampede Challenge #44 and the theme is "summer fun". I wanted to use some cute digis that I won a couple of challenges ago.

Here is my card:

My card base and mats are SU Real Red and the bright patterned papers are from the Bo Bunny Surprise 6x6 pad.  I merged two digis for my cute golf scene.  I used digi15309 Golfing Bear and digi15317 Golf Flag from QKR Stampede.  I printed the merged image on Make it Colour Blending Card and colored it with my Copics.  I added a cloudy sky and the grass for the golf green.  The sentiment is from Create With TLC.  I always like this one for my golfing friends.  An aqua ribbon and some flowers with pearl centers finished my card.

Here is a close-up of the image:

Thanks for stopping by again!  I've made some progress with my blog visits, so if I haven't been by, I will be soon.

I am entering my card in the following other challenge:

Super Dad

Hi again!  Are you sick of me yet?  I never dreamed I would have time to create another card this week, but I had some contractors in and I used the down time to do some coloring.  I made a card for a bunch of the Father's Day/masculine challenges out there right now.

Here is my card:

My card base and mats are SU Marina Mist and my patterned papers are from the Bo Bunny Surprise 6x6 pad.  The fun image is Super Hero by Kenny K. for Whimsy Stamps.  I was lucky enough to have won this stamp awhile back.  I stamped it on Make it Colour Blending Card and colored it with my Copics.  I cut out the image and the black mat with my Cameo.  I also cut the sentiment with my Cameo using a cut file from the Silhouette store.  A few red gems from my stash finished my card.

Here is a close-up of the image:

I am entering my card in the following challenges:
Kenny K.'s Krafty Krew #147 (Father's Day)
Papertake Weekly (hello, boys)

Happy Day to Dad

Good afternoon!  Happy Monday!  Hope you had a good weekend and your week is off to a great start!  The weather has been stormy here for the last few days, but luckily, there has been only inconvenience, no damage done.  This week is going to be busy, but I am here to share a card I made for a few challenges I  like doing when I can.  Quite a few challenges had Father's Day or masculine cards as a theme, so it was fun to be able to put them together.

Here is my card:

My card base and mats are SU Bordering Blue and the patterned papers are from the Basic Grey Oxford 6x6 pad.  This is a much simpler style of card than I usually make, but that always seems to work best for masculine cards.  The cute image is digi11304 All Tied Up from QKR Stampede.  I printed it on Make it Colour Blending Card and colored it with my Copics.  The sentiment is from Create With TLC.  Some grosgrain ribbon and a simple bow finished my card.

Here is a close-up of the image:

I am entering my card in the following challenges:
Seems a Little Sketchy #41 (sketch)
QKR Stampede Challenge #42 (ribbon/bows)

Copic/ProMarker Challenge - The Outlawz

Good morning!  Happy Friday!  Hope you've had a good week and you are ready for a fun weekend ahead!  I'm still dealing with things other than crafting right now, so I have to keep this brief, but I wanted to share my DT card for this week's Copic/ProMarker Challenge at The Outlawz site.  The theme this week is "cute and cuddly".  You can interpret this as you wish, but please remember you must have coloring with alcohol markers (any brand) on your project.

Here is what I came up with:

My card base and mats are SU Bermuda Bay and the patterned papers are from the Simple Stories Vintage Bliss 6x6 pad.  The darling image is Freddy from Mo's Digital Pencil.  I printed him on Make it Colour Blending Card and colored him with my Copics.  I added a few white pearl accents with my Viva Decor Ice White Pearl Pen.  The sentiment is from Create With TLC.  Some Bermuda Bay dotted ribbon and a few buttons from my stash finished my card.

Good morning!  Happy Friday!  Hope you've had a great week and you're ready for a fun weekend!  The weather sure has been a mixed bag this week, but at least it's not snowing - lol!  I'm here, as usual on Fridays, to share my DT card for this week's Copic/ProMarker Challenge at The Outlawz site.  This week's theme is "food/cooking".  You can interpret this as you wish, but you must have coloring with alcohol markers on your project.  Any brand is fine.

Here is my card:

My card base and mats are SU Basic Black and the patterned papers are from the My Mind's Eye Lost & Found Two Rosy 6x6 pad.  The fun image is a digi called Chef  from Kenny K. Downloads.  I printed it on Make it Colour Blending Card and colored it with my Copics.  I cut out the image and black mat with my Cameo and popped it up on foam tape over a frame of Spellbinders Lacey and Classic Circle dies.  I also used a SU border punch for the horizontal panel. The sentiment is from Sharon at A Piece of Heart.  She generously shared it as a freebie last summer.   A diecut dimensional sticker (pot holders) and a couple of black gems finished my card.

Here is a close-up of the image:

Joy Is Yours

Hi again!  This is my second post today, so if you are looking for my GD card for 613 Avenue Create, please scroll down one post.  Rarely do I have the chance to post even once on Sundays, let alone twice, but I had a card almost done and managed to finish it, so I came back to share it with you.

Here it is:

My card base and mats are SU Cherry Cobbler and the patterned papers are from the Cosmo Cricket Tea for Two Mini Deck.  The adorable image is Carrie Princess-Free Wheeling by Elisabeth Bell for Elphine House Stamps.  I was lucky to have won her a couple of challenges ago.  I stamped her on Make it Colour Blending Card and colored her with my Copics.  I added in the sky and clouds and grass again.  I can never get too much practice with these scenery details.   The sentiment is from Create With TLC.  I punched the borders of the center panel with my Martha Stewart Arch Lattice Edge Punch.  I also punched and shaped a few leaves for the roses with an MS punch.  The two pretty roses are from Jacque's Sunday Sweet Stuff that I won awhile back.  A bow of green gingham ribbon finished my card.

Here is a close-up of the image:

Thanks for stopping by!  I hope you enjoy the rest of your day!

I am entering my card in the following challenges:

Here is my card:

My card base and mats are GKD Turquoise Sea and the patterned paper is from the Authentique Spring 6x6 pad.  My adorable image is Looks Like Rain Xandra from MayzyArt.  I printed her on Make it Colour Blending Card and colored her with my Copics.  I added Turquoise Stickles to her jewelry, button and all the little drops around her umbrella. I added Diamond Stickles to the lacy edge of both skirts and her gloves.  The sentiment is from the Friends Are Your Umbrella set from Create With TLC.  You can find the set in Paulette's store here.  I cut out a little umbrella with my Cameo and added a bunch of little raindrops that I cut out of aqua glitter paper.  Three Wild Orchid Crafts Sweetheart Blossoms finished my card.
