Sunshine on Fairy Wings

Good morning!  Happy Saturday!  Hope your weekend is off to a great start!  It's a little dreary here, but not raining yet, so I'm off to get all my errands done before it does.  Before I go, I'm popping in to share the card I made for a couple of challenges: the May One Sweet Challenge (May flowers), Crafts and Me Challenge #83 (Punches and Diecuts), CES Challenge #185 (anything goes) and Cheery Lynn Designs Challenge #27 (shades of purple).

Here is my card for the challenges:

I started with a card base of SU Lavender Lace and layered with patterned paper from the Prima Meadowlark 6x6 pad.  My beautiful image is Elisabeth Bell's Twinkle Toes Fleur from Sweet Pea Stamps.  I stamped her on Copic X-Press It with Memento Tuxedo Black and colored her with my Copics.  I added Diamond Stickles to her wings and Yellow Stickles to her waistband and the center of the flower in her hair.  I used two diecuts from Cheery Lynn Designs: the Dutch Scallop Square for the frame and a Fanciful Flourish. The sentiment is from Paulette at Create With TLC.  A few Wild Orchid Crafts Roses finished my card.

Thanks for stopping by!  Have a wonderful weekend and hope to see you again soon!

A Couple of Cards

Hi there!  How has your day been so far?  I hope it's as nice in your neck of the woods as it is here in AL!  It's warm and sunny and really feels like spring!  Yay!  I'm popping in to share a couple of cards I made.  One is for The Corrosive Challenge #144 (paper piecing and optional use green) and the other is for the Through The Craft Room Door Challenge #21 (sketch challenge) and Crafty Emma's Store Challenge #75 (flower frenzy).

Here is my card for The Corrosive Challenge:

I started with a card base of GKD Chocolate Brown and layered with SU Pool Party and patterned paper from the Basic Grey Wander collection.  My image is Latte Lori from Sassy Studio Designs.  I printed her twice, once on Cryogen White and once on green dotted paper from the Graphic 45 Once Upon A Spingtime 8x8 pad.  I colored her with Copics then paper pieced her dress and shoes from the second image.    The sentiment is from Paulette at Create With TLC.  A green satin bow finished my first card.

Here is the sketch for the TTCRD Challenge:

Here is my card for the two challenges:

I started with a card base of Papertrey Aqua Mist and layered with flowery patterned papers from the My Mind's Eye Lime Twist Life of The Party collection.  My pretty image is Leah Drinking a Cup of Java from Guylou's Inimitability.  I printed her on Cryogen White and colored her with Copic markers.  The sentiment is from Paulette at Create With TLC.  A couple of rhinestone flourishes and a few flowers finished off my card creation.

Thanks so much for stopping by!  Have a great night and hope to see you tomorrow for another fun Mo's Challenge!

Happy

Hi there!  I know it's late for me on a Sunday, but it was a busy day and this is the first chance I had to pop in to share a card I made for a few challenges I like to do.  First, it's for the current challenge on Guylou's Inimitability blog (girly girly - use lace and pearls).  It is also for Sweet Sketch Wednesday #141, JUGS #124 (color challenge - teal, green, pink and yellow), Aud Sentiments Challenge (use the word Happy) and finally, Crafty Emma's Store Challenge (Spots and Dots).

Here is the SSW sketch:

Here is the JUGS Color Inspiration:

And here is my card:

I started with a card base of Papertrey Aqua Mist and layered with patterned papers from the Simple Stories 100 Days of Summer collection.  It's a little hard to see, but the background has a spotted pattern. I added squares punched from yellow dotted paper from the My Mind's Eye Lost & Found Two Sunshine 6x6 pad.  My image is Leah from Guylou's Inimitability.  She can found in Guylou's store here.  I printed her on Cryogen white and colored her with Copics.  I wove some pink gingham ribbon through some lace trim and added a triple loop bow and a yellow pearl.  My sentiment is from Paulette at Create With TLC.  It was shared as a freebie for the challenge on the Aud Sentiments blog.  I finished off my card with some Pink Liquid Pearl accents around the Spellbinders Scalloped Petite Oval frame.

Thanks for stopping by! I always appreciate when you visit!  See you soon!

Mo's DP2 Challenge #122 - My Sentiments Exactly

Good morning!  Happy Thursday!  You know I love Thursdays because it's Mo's Challenge day!  This week, Debbie is our hostess and the theme she picked is "my sentiments exactly" - must use a Mo's image and any sentiment on your card.

Here is my DT card:

I started with a card base of SU Pool Party and layered with Poppy Parade and two patterned papers from the My Mind's Eye Lime Twist Life of the Party collection.  My adorable Mo's image is For Teacher - Girl.  She can be found in Mo's store here.  I printed her on Cryogen White and colored her with Copic markers.  My sentiment is from Create With TLC.  It can be found in Paulette's store here.  A few buttons, and some Baker's twine from my stash, finished my card.

I took inspiration for my card from a couple other challenges: Sketch Saturday #194, Crafty Emma's Store Challenge #72 (lots of layers), Craft Your Passion Challenge #97 (recipe: 1 ribbon or twine, 2 patterned papers and 3 buttons) and The Paper Players Challenge #82 (colors: Poppy Parade, Pool Party, Soft Suede and Vanilla).  Here is SS-194:

Mo's DP2 Challenge #121 - BINGO

Good morning!  I'm off to an early start today because it's Thursday and of course, that means it's time for another fun Mo's Challenge!  This week, we've got BINGO for you!  That's right - you get to choose any row, column or diagonal and use the three products in your selection on your card!  I told you it was fun!

Here is the BINGO card for your selection:

I chose the top row for my card - gems, ribbon and flowers.  Here is my card:

I started with a card base of SU Ruby Red and layered with patterned papers from the My Mind's Eye Love Me 6x6 pad.  My darling Mo's image is one of her Fairy Princesses.  You can find her in Mo's store here.  I printed her on Cryogen White and colored her with Copics.  I snuck in a little glitter here and there for some extra sparkle.  The sweet sentiment is from the Play on Words set from Paulette at Create With TLC. You can find it in Paulette's store here.  A few gems, a satin bow and a few flowers from my stash finished my card.

My card is also for the Crafty Emma's Store Challenge #71 (wings and/or a sketch- I used both) and Digital Tuesday #146 (use pink or red). Here is the CES sketch:

Mo's DP2 Challenge #120 - Anything Goes

Good morning!  It's early for me, but it's Thursday and by now you know it's time for another Mo's Challenge!  This week, it's "anything goes" but we have an option for you - to use a sketch created by our own Iulia!  Either or both - it's up to you!  My card is also for a couple of other challenges: the Basic Grey Challenge #61 (favorite things), Crafty Emma's Store Challenge #70 (check it out - use checks) and Craft Your Passion #95 (beary sweet - use a bear).

Here is Iulia's sketch:

Here is my card:

I decided to go with Iulia's wonderful sketch.  I started with a card base of SU Bashful Blue and layered with plaid patterned paper from the Basic Grey Oxford Collection.  My sweet Mo's image (with a bear) is Freddy.  You can find him in Mo's store here.  I printed it on Cryogen White and colored with Copic markers.  The sentiment is from Paulette at Create With TLC.  Some checked ribbon and a few Wild Orchid Crafts flowers finished my card.  I think I covered everything - sketch for Mo's, colors, flowers and image for Basic Grey favorite things, "checked" paper and ribbon for Crafty Emma's and a bear for CYP.

Thanks for stopping by!  Be sure to visit the Mo's Challenge Blog and check out the amazing creations from my wonderfully sweet and talented teammies!  Then grab your favorite Mo's image and play along with us!  You could win a free digi image from Mo's store!

Another Challenge Card

Good morning!  How's your week going so far?  It's been raining here since Sunday, so although it's pretty warm, it's not very conducive to being outside, that's for sure.  Before I head out anyway, I'm here to share a card I made for a couple of challenges I like to do.  It's for The Paper Shelter Challenge #45 (anything goes), Crafty Emma's Store Challenge #67 (anything goes) and Sketch Saturday #189.

Here is SS-189:

Here is my card for the challenges:

I started with a card base of SU Rich Razzleberry and layered with patterned papers from the Prima Melody 6x6 pad.  My sweet image is Spring Swing from The Paper Shelter.  She can be found in the store here.  I printed her on Cryogen White and colored her with Copic markers.  My sentiment is from Create With TLC.  It was a freebie on the Create With TLC blog awhile back.  A satin bow and some pink adhesive rhinestones finished off my card.

Thanks for stopping by!  Have a great day and hope to see you soon.

Copic/Promarker Challenge -The Outlawz (and more)

Good morning!  Yay!  It's Friday!  It's been a busy week and I'm ready for a little down time over the long weekend!  Can't believe it's only one day before New Year's Eve!  Where on earth did this year go???  I guess time flies when you are having fun - lol!!  Anyway, I'm popping in to share my DT card for this week's Copic/Promarker Challenge on The Outlawz site.  As usual, our theme for the last week of the month is "anything goes", but we've got something extra to share with you for the new year so you'll definitely want to go over and check out the new challenge thread!

Here is my card for the challenge:

My card is also for a few other challenges I like to do: Craft Your Passion Challenge #90 (Sketch), Cheery Lynn Designs Challenge #8 (Celebrate), Crafty Emma's Store Challenge #66 (Party, Party, Party) and Aud Sentiments Challenge #44 (Anything Goes).  I am also entering my card for the Create With TLC DT call posted here

Here is the CYP sketch:

I started with a card base of SU Island Indigo and layered with patterned papers from the My Mind's Eye Stella Rose Hazel 6x6 pad.  I used three dies from Cheery Lynn (Border Carnivale, Polynesian Sails Oval and Fanciful Flourish), all cut from Island Indigo.  My fun image is Party Girl from Mo's Digital Pencil.  She can be found in Mo's store here.  I printed her on Cryogen White and colored her with Copics.  I added a bunch of Stickles to her jewelry and shoes for some sparkle.  I also added Glossy Accents to the wine glass.  The sentiment is from Paulette at Create With TLC.  It was offered as a freebie on the Aud Sentiments Challenge blog.  A paper flower from my stash finished off my birthday celebration card.
