Friday Coloring Challenge - The Outlawz

Good morning!  Happy Friday!  Hope you've had a great week and you have fun plans for the weekend!  I've got nothing special planned.  We've had unseasonably warm weather all week, but it is supposed to rain all day tomorrow, so it will be a good day for indoor activities.  Before getting on with the day, I am here to share my DT card for this week's Friday Coloring Challenge at The Outlawz site.  The theme this week is "beverages".  That's right!  We are celebrating National Bartender Appreciation Day, so we want to see some sort of beverage on your project.  It does not have to be an alcoholic beverage.  Any beverage will do.  You may use any coloring medium you'd like, but you must still have a hand-colored image somewhere on your project.

Here is my card:

My card base and mats are SU Cherry Cobbler and the patterned papers are from the American Crafts Merry Mint 6x6 pad.  The sassy image is Checking Out (for the year) from The Stamping Chef.  I colored her with my Copics.  I added some Glossy Accents to her belt, buttons, shoes and the cocktail glass.  I also added glitter to the trim on her outfit and hat.  The sentiment is from Create With TLC.  A few stocking stickers from my stash finished my card.

Here is a close-up of the colored image:

Thanks for stopping by!  Be sure to visit the Friday Coloring Challenge and check out the awesome creations from my teammies, Kathi, Penny and Laine!  We hope you will play along!  We have a new sponsor for the month of December.  We are generously sponsored by Ppinkydolls Art.  Chrishanthi is offering our lucky winner 3 digis of their choice from the Ppinkydolls Art Etsy shop.  These digis are adorable!

I am entering my card in the following challenges:

Season's Greetings

Hi again!  I'm back with a super quick second post today before I head out for the rest of the day to celebrate the holiday.  I made another card to add to my Christmas stash.  Can you tell I'm getting a little nervous by how quickly Christmas is coming at us?  I don't want to have a panic at the end!

Here is my card:

My card base and mats are SU Riding Hood Red and the patterned papers are from the Little Yellow Bicycle Wonder & Wishes collection.  The cute image is Elfie Elizabeth from Art by Mi Ran.  I colored her with my Copics then added glitter to the trim on her dress and hat.  I added Red, Green and Gold Stickles to the gifts and the bells on her hairband and hat.  The sentiment is a dimensional foil sticker with gems.  I finished my card with a sparkly red poinsettia sticker.

Here is a close-up of the colored image:

Friday Coloring Challenge - The Outlawz

Good morning!  Happy Friday!  I hope you've had a good week and you have fun plans for the upcoming weekend!  My first order of business this weekend is to clean up my craft room!  Right now, it looks like a cyclone hit in there!  It's certainly not conducive to creativity at the moment.  Before embarking on that onerous task, I am here to share my DT card for this week's Friday Coloring Challenge at The Outlawz site.  The theme this week is "hats", in honor of Make A Hat Day, which is on Monday.

Here is my card:

My card base and mats are SU Bravo Burgundy and the patterned papers are from the Prima Melody 6x6 pad.  The cute image is Sunday Afternoon from Karleigh Sue Digis.  She was generously shared as a freebie during the Kit and Clowder 3,000 Member Party, but she is now available in the Karleigh Sue Digis Etsy shop.  I colored her up with my Copics in rich fall colors.  Some pretty lace, a triple-loop seam binding bow and a vintage tree charm finished my card.

Good morning!  Happy Monday!  I hope you had a good weekend and your week is off to a great start.  I haven't been around the computer much of late and I apologize for not visiting regularly.  There is just a lot going on right now and I'm scrambling to get everything done.  Hopefully it will calm down soon.  Anyway, I am here now to share my DT post for the new Elisabeth Bell's World Challenge.  The theme this time is "pretty in pink".  It should be any easy one for you!  Remember you must use an Elisabeth Bell image, but it can be from any company selling her designs. We are being sponsored by Elphine House Australia.

Here is my card:

My card base and mats are GKD Innocent Pink and the beautiful patterned paper is a digital paper from Michele Roos' Butterfly Garden collection.  She generously shared this one as a freebie awhile back.  The sweet image is Sophie's Birthday Balloon from Elphine House Australia.  I stamped it on MiC Blending Card and colored it with my Copics.  It's hard to see, but I added a little bit of White Opal Liquid pearls to her bracelet.  The sentiment is from SU.   Some beautiful lace, Wild Orchid flowers and lots of pearls finished my card.

Here is my card:

My card base and mats are SU Rich Razzleberry and the patterned papers are from the My Mind's Eye Lime Twist "Happy Go Lucky" 6x6 pad.  The beautiful image is There For You from Mo's Digital Pencil.  I colored it with my Copics.  The sentiment is from A Piece of Heart.  Sharon generously shared it as a Friday Freebie here.  The rest of the sentiment, which is on the inside, reads "that's because the best is already mine".  A dotted bow and a few flowers from my stash finished my card.

Snowdrop Fairy

Hi again!  I'm back with a quick second post today.  Now I am actually up and have already been out to an appointment.  I have my coffee in hand and the day is ahead of me.  Before getting going, I am here to share a card I made for a couple of challenges I enjoy doing.  I'm cutting it down to the wire on a least one of them, so I'll be brief.

Here is my card:

My card base and mats are GKD Fresh Asparagus and the patterned papers are from the Basic Grey Curio 6x6 pad.  The fairy image is Snowdrop Fairy from Delicious Doodles.  I colored it with my Copics.  I took a bit of license with the colors I used.  I know that snowdrops are mainly white with green detail, but I made them mostly shades of green. You can't see it well in the photo, but I spritzed the main image with Iridescent Gold Glimmer Mist.  I didn't add a sentiment yet.  I'll wait until I know how I'll use it.  Some Webster's Pages trim and a few pearls from my stash were my only embellishments.

Here is a close-up:

Thanks for stopping by again!  Hope to see you soon!

I am entering my card in the following challenges:
Delicious Doodles Challenge #95 (anything goes with DD)
Left of Center Challenge #35 (fairies)
Allsorts Challenge #266 (fairies)
Divas by Design (things with wings)

Good morning!  Happy Thursday!  Hope your week is going well!  I've been quite busy, but I have ticked a few things off the list, so I am pleased about that.  I'm here now, as always on Thursdays, with my DT card for Little Miss Muffet Stamps.  This week we have a brand new challenge for you and the theme is the ever-popular "anything goes".  It doesn't get easier than that, so come join in!

Here is my card:

Look at this!  I've gone CAS again!  I even did some doodling and I so don't do doodling!  I'm not sure what came over me - lol!  Anyway, not much to say about my card.  The adorable image is Sugar 'n Spice Dolls Paprika from Little Miss Muffet Stamps.  I added her to a card where I'd printed the cute sentiment from Create With TLC.  I colored Paprika with my Copics and added a few polka dots with my Sharpie White Paint Pen.  A bit of doodling with my black multi-liner and a few gems from my stash finished my simple card.

The Rose

Good evening. How have you been?  I know I don't usually post this late, but I didn't feel much like crafting or blogging today. I decided to plod on anyway.  My heart is so heavy.  I learned this morning that my design teammate and sweet friend, Linda Palmer, passed away unexpectedly yesterday.  Many of you probably know Linda from her blog, Facebook page, design team work and her active participation in the online crafting community.  She was a very kind and caring person, who only had nice things to say to, and about, everyone.  She was always encouraging everyone around her and she was a positive presence everywhere she went.  There was nothing Linda loved more than her family and my thoughts and prayers are with them during this sad time.  Personally, I will miss her very much.

In honor of Linda, here is my card for today:

My center-step card base and mats are GKD Innocent Pink and the patterned papers are from the Kaisercraft Sweet Nothings 6.5x6.5 pad.  The beautiful image is Rose Fairy from AuroraWings.  I printed it on MiC Blending Card and colored it with my Copics and a few ProMarkers and Spectrum Noir pens.  I added pale pink glitter to all the little bubbles, but it's hard to see the sparkle in the photo.  I added lots of Wild Orchid Crafts roses around the base.  A pink satin bow and a few pink pearls from my stash finished my card.

Here is a close-up of the image:

Thanks for stopping by!  I'll be around to visit as soon as I can.

I am entering my card in the following challenges:
Aurora Wings Challenge #2 (monochromatic)
Love to Create #112 (monochromatic and ribbon)
Addicted to Stamps Challenge #80 (Fancy folds)
Loves Rubberstamps Challenge #100 (fancy folds)

Have a nice evening and see you tomorrow for my Little Miss Muffet DT post.
