Ditzie Digi Design Challenge and Some News

Good morning!  Happy Sunday!  Hope you've had a good weekend so far.  This is the second time a scheduled post turned into a draft and didn't go off on time.  It's so annoying!  Anyway, I am here with my DT post for the Ditzie Digi Design Challenge.  Sadly, they have decided to close the challenge blog, so this will be our last challenge.  The theme is always anything goes and there will be still be great prizes from the Ditzie Digi Design shop, so hope you will still play along!

Here is my card for the final challenge:

My card base and mats are SU Melon Mambo and the patterned papers are from the We R Memory Keepers Inked Rose 6x6 pad.  The fun image is Daisy from Ditzie Digi Design.  I printed her on MiC Blending Card and colored her with my Copics.  The sentiment is from Create With TLC.  A couple of metallic gems finished my simple card.

Thanks for stopping by! Be sure head over to the Ditzie Digi Design Challenge and check out the fabulous creations from the rest of the DT!  We hope you will play along with our final challenge!

I am entering my card in the following challenges:

That Craft Place Challenge (anything goes)

Merry Weather

Good morning!  Happy Monday!  Hope you had a good weekend and your week is off to a great start!  I am back and it's my turn to post some DT inspiration for you over on The Digi Bells blog.

My card features the sweet Merry Weather from the Elisabeth Bell Digital Collection:

My card base and mats are SU Bermuda Bay and the patterned papers are from the Webster's Pages Postcards from Paris II Petite Papers pack.  I printed Merry Weather on MiC Blending Card and colored her with my Copics.  I framed her with a pretty paper doily and added some lace trim.  A triple-loop seam binding bow, Webster's Pages Sparkler and a few Wild Orchid Crafts roses finished my card.

Alcohol Markers Challenge - The Outlawz

Hi there!  Happy Friday!  Hope you've had a good week and you have fun plans for the weekend!  I am having a great time with my friend and haven't been on the computer much, so sorry for not visiting you much this week.  I am still trying to get my cards posted on time, but it hasn't been working perfectly!  Anyway, I am here briefly now to share my DT card for this week's Alcohol Markers Challenge at The Outlawz site.  The theme this time is "May flowers" in honor of Garden Meditation Day!  Perfect for this time of year, I'd say, as we are loaded with blooming flowers right now.

Here is my card:

My card base and mats are SU Baja Breeze and the patterned papers are from the Basic Grey Konnichiwa collection.  The adorable image is Daisy from Ditzie Digi Design.  I printed it on MiC Blending Card and colored it with my Copics.  I added a some extra grass with my Copics and a bit of Orange Stickles to the flower centers.  I kept it simple and added only a few gems from my stash to finish my card.

Here is a close-up of the colored image:
