Good morning! Happy Friday! Hope you've had a good week and you have fun plans for the weekend! The sun is finally shining here, but it's still cold. It was only 26 this morning. That might not sound cold to some in other parts of the country, but it's pretty darn cold for the South! Anyway, I am here now with my DT post for this week's
Friday Coloring Challenge at
The Outlawz site. I am a bit late today, because Blogger is not letting me add photos to my post. I switched browsers and I hope this comes through finally. The theme this week is "color inspiration" You don't have to match the exact colors, but we want to be able to recognize the chosen color palette. You can use any coloring medium you'd like, but you must have a hand-colored image somewhere on your project to enter.
Here is the color inspiration, courtesy of Design Seeds:
Here is my card:
My card base and mats are SU Pool Party and the patterned papers are from the My Mind's Eye Just Sayin' 6x6 pad. The sweet image is
Lovely Irene from
Art by MiRan. I colored her with my Copics. I didn't add a sentiment yet because I haven't decided to whom I'm sending it. I'll add one later. I finished my card with just a few pearls from my stash.
Here is a close-up of the colored image:
