A Sweet Friendship

Hi again!  I'm back with a second post today.  I wanted to share a card I made for a few challenges and one of them is ending soon, so here I am again!

Here is my card:

My card base and mats are SU Soft Sky and the patterned papers are from the Basic Grey What's Up 6x6 pad.  My adorable image is Little Miss Mouse from Elisabeth Bell's Digital Collection.  I printed her on Make it Colour Blending Card and colored her with my Copics.  I added peach glitter to the flower centers and White Opal Liquid Pearls to the spots on the mushroom.  I cut out the image with my Cameo and popped it up on the oval frame.  The sentiment is from Create With TLC.  I added a few Wild Orchid Crafts Cherry Blossoms and Sweetheart Blossoms around the frame. A spray of pearls and a tiny metal dragonfly charm finished my card.

Here is a close-up of the image:

'Tis The Season

Good morning!  Happy Friday! Hope you've had a good week!  The weekend is nearly upon us and for those that celebrate, I wish you a wonderful Easter!  It's going to be a busy day and weekend, but before getting into all that, I am here to share my DT card for this week's Copic/ProMarker Challenge at The Outlawz site.  The theme this time is the ever-popular "anything goes" and as we've done every week this year, we are offering up a Christmas twist for those that want to get a jumpstart on their Christmas cards.  Please remember that your project must have some coloring with alcohol markers (any brand).

Here is my card:

Given the predicament I found myself in last Christmas, I am definitely taking advantage of the Christmas twist. My card base and mats are SU Gumball Green and the patterned papers are from the Recollections Festivus and Bright Christmas 6x6 pads.  The adorable image is Little Elf Mim from Mo's Digital Pencil.  I printed it on Make it Colour Blending Card and colored it with my Copics.  I added some shine to the silver accents with my Silver Spica pen.   The sentiment was cut out in pieces from the patterned paper.  A dimensional sticker from my stash and some "pearls" around the frame made with my Viva Decor Ice White Pearl Pen finished my card.

Here is a close-up of the image:

Thanks for stopping by!  Be sure to check out Copic/ProMarker Challenge and feast your eyes on the fantastic creations from the rest of the DT!  I know you will be inspired to play along!  Besides, there are always awesome prizes up for grabs when you enter the challenges at The Outlawz!

Little Miss Muffet Inspiration

Good morning!  Happy Thursday!  Hope you've had a good week so far!  It's been unseasonably cold here, but hopefully we will see a touch of Spring at the end of the week and over the weekend.  Since it's Thursday, you know I'm here to share my Little Miss Muffet DT card.  This week was "anything goes" for the DT.  We wanted to share some of our favorite images and designs for your inspiration. I needed one more Easter card, so that is where I went with my project.

Here is my card:

My card base and mats are GKD Lavender and Mint Green from a retired Spring Assortment and the patterned papers are from the Best Creations A Walk In The Park 6x6 pack.  The cute Easter image is Celeste Amberglow Egg Hunt from Little Miss Muffet Stamps.  I printed her on Make it Colour Blending Card and colored her with my Copics.  I added some Stickles to the eggs in her basket and some polka dots to her top, socks and hair bows with my Sharpie White Paint pen.  The sentiment is from Create With TLC.  The banner was cut with Little Miss Muffet Party Banner Die.  A lavender satin bow and a few Wild Orchid Crafts Roses finished my card.

Here is a close-up of the image:

Thanks for stopping by!  Be sure you visit the Little Miss Muffet Challenge blog and check out the gorgeous creations from the rest of the DT and our very talented Guest Designer for March, Margreet!  And just a reminder - you still have until next Tuesday to enter our Easter Challenge.  We hope you will be able to play along!

You Should Be Dancing, Yeah!

Hi again!  OK, don't faint!  It's my second post today!  Usually I can barely get in two posts in a week, much less in one day!  I managed a few more minutes in my craft room this afternoon and finished another card I had laid out, so I decided to pop back and share it.

Here is the card:

My card base and mats are SU Basic Black and the fun animal print paper is from the Basic Grey Olivia collection.  My cute image is Digi Dancer Disco from Mayzy Art.  I printed her on Make it Colour Blending Card and colored her with my Copics.  I used a Black Multiliner pen to make the pattern on her jumpsuit look more like an animal print (at least that is what I was going for). I added lots of Fruit Punch, Gun Metal and Diamond Stickles to make everything sparkle.  The sentiment is from Create With TLC.  A few gems from my stash and a musical note I cut with my Cameo finished my card.

Here is a close-up of the image:

Thanks for stopping by again!  I always appreciate your visits!  I've been making my way around to your blogs.  If I haven't been there yet, I will be by before DWTS starts!

I am entering my card in the following challenges:

Spring Ray of Sunshine

Good morning!  Happy Tuesday!  Hope your week is off to a good start!  It's already been busy here so far, but I did find time to finish a card I was making for a few challenges I enjoy.  This one is full of Spring colors and flowers and if only the real weather would cooperate with some Spring sunshine, it would be great!

Here is my card:

My card base and mats are SU Pool Party and the patterned papers are from the My Mind's Eye The Sweetest Thing Tangerine 6x6 pad.  I used one sheet with text and one with flowers.  The sweet image is Sabrina from Saturated Canary.  You can find her in Krista's store here.  I printed her on Make it Colour Blending Card and colored her with my Copics.  I added just a bit of Crystal Stickles to her underskirt and a Eucalyptus Stickles to the flower centers.  I cut out the image and a mat for it with my Cameo.  The sentiment is from Create With TLC.  The pretty flowers are all from the amazing Sunday Sweet Stuff I won from Jacque recently.  Thanks so much, Jacque!  Peach chevron ribbon and a few gems from my stash finished my card.

Here is a close-up of the image:

Thanks for stopping by!  I'll be by to return the favor as soon as I can get a few things on my list done.

Good morning!  Happy Sunday!  I hope it is Sunday morning when you see this, and equally I hope that I will still be sleeping!  Let's hope Mr. Blogger has the same idea.  I have some exciting news today!  I was invited to be a Guest Designer for the 613 Avenue Create Challenge blog!  This week I am participating with Team B.  Challenge #12 is now up and the theme is "anything goes".  This week's challenge is sponsored by Rick St. Dennis and I was generously provided with one of his fantastic images for my card.

Here is my creation:

My card base and mats are SU Rose Red and the patterned papers are from the Prima Annalee and Madeline 6x6 pads.  The beautiful image is Lady of the Roses from Rick St. Dennis.  You can find her in Rick's Etsy shop here.  I printed her on Make it Colour Blending Card and colored her with my Copics.  I added Lime Green and Aqua Stickles to her jewelry to make those pieces sparkle.  The background circle was cut from Lucky Limeade with my Cameo using a cut file from Pam Ramesh.  She generously shared the free file on her blog here.  I painted some Ornate Corners (chipboard) from Make it Crafty white and added them to the panel behind the image.  Some Wild Orchid Crafts roses finished my card.

Hi there!  Happy Saturday!  I know you don't usually see me on Saturdays, but I had a card I wanted to share, so I'm popping in before heading out for the day.  My card is for a few challenges I like to do if I can find time.

Here it is:

My shaped card base (Spellbinders Labels One Grand Nestabilities) and other mats (Spellbinders Labels Seventeen and Labels Four) are SU Basic Black and the patterned paper is from the Trinity Paper Arts Sincerely collection.  My fun image is Happy Hour from Kenny K. Downloads.  I printed her on Make it Colour Blending Card and colored her with my Copics.  I added lots of silvery glitter to the dots on her dress and Glossy Accents to the glass in her hand.  She was cut out with my Cameo. The sentiment is from Create With TLC.  A rhinestone flourish and a Wild Orchid Crafts rose finished my card.

Good morning!  Happy Friday!  Yay, it's nearly the weekend!  I'm looking forward to it even though the weather isn't supposed to be that great.  Who knows, maybe the weathermen will be wrong.  I am here now to share my DT card for this week's Copic/ProMarker Challenge on The Outlawz site.  The theme this time is "Easter/Spring".  We look forward to seeing all your beautiful Springy creations!  Just remember you must have some coloring with alcohol markers on your project.  Any brand is fine.

Here is my card:

Sorry about the dark pics.  My regular camera is having some issues at the moment and my back-up wasn't charged.  My card base and mats are SU Pale Plum and the patterned papers are from the Basic Grey Kioshi collection.  My sweet image is Peek-a-Bunny from Elisabeth Bell's Digital Collection.  I printed her on Make it Colour Blending Card and colored her in soft pastels with my Copics.  I sponged in a cloudy sky around her.  The sentiment is from Create With TLC.  Some Baby Blue Liquid Pearls around the scalloped frame and some pretty satin flower ribbon finished my card.

Here is a close-up of the image:

Little Miss Muffet Challenge #57

Hi there!  Happy Thursday!  Hope you've had a good week so far!  Sorry to be MIA again.  I've got a lot going on and despite my best efforts, I haven't made it to my craft room much this week.  But of course, I could not miss my Thursday DT post for Little Miss Muffet.  We've got a new challenge for you this week and the theme is "Easter".  Perfect timing with Easter less than two weeks away.  Can't wait to see all the gorgeous pastel creations for this one!

Here is my card:

My card base and mats are SU Pretty In Pink and the patterned papers are from the Basic Grey Sweet Threads collection.  I created the layered Easter egg background with my Cameo using free cut files from the Scrap Girls Eggstra Special set that I found here. The bottom egg base was cut from aqua glitter paper.  My adorable image is Lil' Bunny from Little Miss Muffet Stamps.  It is available as a rubber stamp, but I used the digi version.  I printed her on Make it Colour Blending Card and colored her with my Copics.  I added Glossy Accents to her glasses.  I cut her out with my Cameo and popped her up on foam tape over the top egg.  The sentiment is from Create With TLC.  A few glittery dimensional Easter egg stickers finished my card.

Here is a close-up of the image:

Luck of the Irish

Good morning!  Happy Friday!  Hope you've had a good week and you have fun plans for the weekend!  The weather is supposed to be gorgeous here this weekend and I'm really looking forward to some outdoors time.  Right now, though, I'm here to share my DT card for this week's Copic/ProMarker Challenge at The Outlawz site.  The theme this week is "green/St Patrick's Day".  Choose the holiday, the color or both, but don't forget you have to have some coloring with alcohol markers (any brand).

Here is my card:

My card base and mats are cardstock from my stash so I'm not sure of the brand or color.  The glittery plaid patterned paper is from Michael's.  In addition, I punched two scalloped borders from different shades of green glitter papers.  The cute image is Little Irish Dancer from Mo's Digital Pencil.  I printed her on Make it Colour Blending Card and colored her with my Copics.  I added Crystal Stickles to her underskirt to make it sparkle.  The sentiment is from Create With TLC.  It is from the Feel The Green Set in Paulette's store here. Some sparkly green ribbon and a few green pearls from my stash finished my card.

Here is a close-up of the image:

Little Miss Muffet Inspiration

Good morning!  Happy Thursday!  Have you had a good week so far?  I hope so!  It's been another busy one for me, but the sun is shining again and it's all good!  As always on Thursday, I am here with my Little Miss Muffet DT creation.  This week, we are again showcasing the fabulous new Spring rubber release from two weeks ago. Couldn't get enough of all those adorable stamps! In addition, there are a few cute new stamps being released today!  You are going to love them!

Here is my card:

My card base and Spellbinders Lacy Oval diecut frame are SU Gumball Green and the backing paper is a free printable from Lettering Delights called St. Patrick's Day Subway Art.  My adorable image is Good Luck from the Pollycraft range at Little Miss Muffet Stamps.  I printed her on Make it Colour Blending Card and colored her with my Copics in nearly every shade of green I have!  I added a bit of Lime Green and Crystal Stickles for some extra sparkle.  I cut her out with my Cameo and popped her up on foam tape.  The sentiment is from Create With TLC.  Three bling shamrocks finished my card.

Call Me

Hi there!  Happy Monday!  So much for the beautiful weather we were having!  Today we have pouring rain and high winds! It's a good day to stay inside!  I am popping by quickly to share a card I made to preview a new set from Create With TLC called "Calling You".

Here is my card:

My card base and mats are SU Pool Party and the patterned paper is from the Basic Grey Serenade 6x6 pad.  I used one of the two versions of the antique phone image available in the Calling You set.  I printed it on X-Press It card and colored it with my Copics.  I cut it out with a Spellbinders Labels Eight die and framed the image panel with a diecut from Spellbinders Decorative Labels Eight. The additional sentiment is from another set from Create With TLC called Consider Yourself Hugged.  You can find it in Paulette's store here.  A triple-loop seam binding bow, three Wild Orchid Crafts roses and a few adhesive pearls finished my card.

Spring Is In The Air

Good morning!  Happy Sunday!  Wow, the weekend is just zipping by!  It's sunny and warm here and I can't wait to get out to enjoy it a little.  Before I do, I'm popping in to share a card I made for a few challenges I like to do if I can find the time.   A lot of them had a similar theme of "Spring", so it worked perfectly for me.

Here is my card:

My card base is Papertrey Raspberry Fizz.  The glittery patterned paper in the background is from the Best Creation A Walk in the Garden 6x6 pad.  The other papers are from my scrap bag.  The adorable image is Tummy Time by Elisabeth Bell for Sweet Pea Stamps. I stamped her on Make it Colour Blending Card with Memento Tuxedo Black and colored her with my Copics.  I added lots of pink and yellow glitter to the flowers to make them sparkle. I cut her out and popped her up on foam tape. The sentiment is from Create With TLC.  I cut the layered banner with the Party Banner dies from Little Miss Muffet Stamps.  Three pretty flowers from Wild Orchid Crafts finished my Spring card.

Kick Up Your Heels

Good morning!  Happy Saturday!  Hope your weekend is off to a great start!  It's looking to be a beautiful weekend here, sunny and close to 70.  Can't beat that after all the rainy days we've had!  Before I head out for the day, I'm here with a quick post to share the card I made for Mayzy Art Challenge #12, where the theme is "stars".  I decided to have a little fun with this one!

Here is my card:

My card base is SU Blue Bayou and the piece of patterned paper in the center is from the Authentique Celebrate 6x6 pad.  The red Happy Birthday frame was cut with my Cameo using a cut file from Krewella Kreations.  The large star in the center also uses a cut file from Krewella Kreations.  You can find both on Leza's blog here.   My fun image is Digi Dancer: Break Dance from Mayzy Art.  I printed it on Make it Colour Blending Card and colored it with my Copics. I cut it out with my Cameo and popped it up over the star with foam tape.  There is a bit of Red Stickles on her belt, and shoes, but it's kind of hard to see in the photo.  The sentiment is from Create With TLC.  A few stars punched from red, blue and dark grey glitter paper finished my card.
