Little Miss Muffet Challenge #72 - Spooktacular

Good morning!  Happy Thursday!  Hope you are having a good week so far!  I've got lots going on this week and I am scrambling a bit to get everything done.  I am here now to share this week's Little Miss Muffet DT card.  We have a new challenge for you and it's going to be a fun one!  The theme is "spooktacular", which is perfect since Halloween is just next week.

Here is my card:

I used some spooky patterned papers from a K & Co. Halloween paper pad for the background.  The cute image is Luna Bitterfrost Vampires Rock by Pollycraft for Little Miss Muffet Stamps.  I colored her up with my Copics and framed her with a Cheery Lynn Polynesian Sails Oval diecut.  I thought the pattern looked kind of like spider webs.  The sentiment is from Create With TLC.  A dimensional birdcage sticker and a glittery brad finished my card.

Here is a close-up of the colored image:

Thanks for stopping by!  Be sure to visit the Little Miss Muffet Challenge blog and check out the fab and spooky creations from the rest of the DT and our fantastic Guest Designers, Nic and Sara!  You have until Tuesday, November 5, at 11:55 PM CT to enter your project.  All the details are in the challenge post and on the blog sidebar.

I am entering my card in the following challenges:

Corrosive Challenge #185 (dress me up)
Cute Card Thursday # 292 (spooktacular)
Tuesday Throwdown #170 (creepy crawlies)

Good morning!  Happy Saturday!  Hope your weekend is off to a great start!  We've got a busy day ahead of us and luckily, I am feeling better, so I hope I will be up to it.  I am here to share my DT card for this week's Super Saturday feature at the Little Miss Muffet blog.  You know the drill - we have a cute freebie, a stamp that is available at a reduced price for a limited time, and lots of inspiration from the Little Misses with both.

The freebie this week is Hanging Bat.  It is perfect for those fun Halloween cards you are working on.  I didn't have a chance to make anything with it, but I definitely will in the future.  The spotlighted stamp is Clover Toadstool Dreams.  I love all the Clover stamps by Pollycraft for Little Miss Muffet Stamps!

Here is my card:

My card base and mats are SU Cherry Cobbler and the patterned papers are from my scrap bag, so I can't tell you where they came from.  I've colored Clover Toadstool Dreams with my Copics and added a bit of White Pearl Pen to the spots on the mushrooms.  The sentiment is from Guylou's Inimitability.  It was free with her Starla digi.    Three Wild Orchid Crafts Chrysanthemums finished my card.

Here is a close-up of the image:

Here is the sketch:

Here is my take on it:

Good morning!  It's Saturday!  I hope your weekend is off to a great start!  We are having a great time with our friends and I've hardly had any time for the computer, but I still wanted to share a card I made for Super Saturday on the Little Miss Muffet blog.  By now, you know that on Super Saturday, we have a freebie for you, a spotlighted stamp that is available from the Little Miss Muffet store at a discount, and lots of inspiration from the DT with both!

The freebie for this week is Sister Brinda from the Van Family Sisters.  I didn't have a chance to create with her this week, but she's a doll!  The spotlighted stamp is Cool Chester.  I just love Chester and this stamp is super cute and perfect for these last summer days!

Here is my card:

My card base and mats are SU Pretty in Pink and the patterned papers are from the Basic Grey Knee Highs 6x6 pad.  Cool Chester is by Pollycraft for Little Miss Muffet Stamps.  I colored him up with my Copics then added a bunch of colorful Stickles to the sprinkles on the ice cream.  The sentiment is from Create With TLC.  A little stain bow and a few gems finished my card.

Alcohol Marker Challenge - The Outlawz

Good morning!  Happy Friday!  Hope you've had a good week and you have fun plans for the weekend ahead!  I think we will be dodging thunderstorms all weekend, but hopefully, there will be some breaks in the action to get out and do a few things.  Before getting on with the day, I am here to share my DT card for this week's Alcohol Markers Challenge at The Outlawz site.  The theme this week is "music".  Interpret that any way you'd like, but you must have some coloring with alcohol markers (any brand) on your project.

Here is what I came up with:

My card base and mats are SU Real Red and the patterned papers are from the Bo Bunny Surprise 6x6 pad.  The fun image is Retro Chester by Pollycraft for Little Miss Muffet Stamps.  Isn't he just the cutest?  I colored him up with my Copics and framed him with a Spellbinders Scalloped Circle diecut.  The sentiment is from Create With TLC.  I added a few pieces of confetti, a sparkly epoxy balloon and a few gems to finish my card.

Here is a close-up of the image:

Little Miss Muffet - Super Saturday

Good morning!  Happy Saturday!  For some of you, your day is underway already.  For me, I hope I am still sleeping when this posts!  Those that have been following our Friday Freebie and Sunday Spotlight features on the Little Miss Muffet blog may be a bit perplexed by the new title.  Well, we've made an exciting change!  We are going to combine those two features into one Super Saturday post that's packed with a freebie, special pricing on a spotlighted stamp, and lots of inspiration from the DT for both!  Doesn't that sound like fun?  This is our first week for the new format, so you'll definitely want to check it out!

So, to get started, the freebie for this week is Silverstar, an adorable unicorn from artist, Simply Sophia.

Here is what I did with Silverstar:

My card base and mats are SU Strawberry Slush and the patterned paper is from the Prima Fairy Flora 6x6 pad.  I printed the cute Silverstar on MiC Blending Card and colored him with my Copics.  I added some Star Dust Stickles to his horn.  The sentiment is from Create With TLC.  It is from the Life is Short Digi Word Art set in Paulette's store here.  Some pretty lace, a satin bow and a few shimmery flowers from my stash finished my card.

Here is a close-up of the image:

I am entering this card in the following challenges:
Seems a Little Sketchy #44 (sketch below turned to vertical)
Tammy's Scrapin' Corner #73 (use a digi)

Here is the sketch:

Next up is our spotlighted stamp, Cora Agnes Hatter.  She is available at a reduced price today over in the LMM shop.

I created a circle easel card using my Spellbinders Grand and Standard Scalloped and Classic Circle Nestabilities.  The cardstock is SU Primrose Petals and the patterned paper is from the Pebbles Sunny Side collection.  Cora Agnes is colored with my Copics. I added lots of Stickles to her hat and shoes and dress band for added sparkle.  I added some pearl accents to the hanging tie on her hat with my Viva Decor Ice White Pearl Pen.   The sentiment is from Create With TLC.  It's hard to see on this angle, but it says "It's your day to SHINE...Happy Birthday".  A satin bow and a few more pearl accents finished my shaped card.

Here is my card:

My card base and mats are SU Perfect Plum and the patterned papers are from the Webster's Pages Western Romance and Hollywood Vogue Petite Papers packs.  The fun image is from a digi set called Horsing Around from Bombshell Stamps, our sponsor for this month's challenges.  I was generously provided with this image for the challenge.  I printed her on MiC Blending Card and colored her with my Copics.  I added Eucalyptus and Gold Stickles to her boots.    The sentiment is from the same Bombshell set.  I colored it with Copics and added Stickles to make it sparkle!   I finished my card with some brown gingham ribbon and a metal star charm tied with twine.

Alcohol Markers Challenge - The Outlawz

Good morning!  Happy Friday!  Hope those in the US had a safe and enjoyable 4th of July.  It was rainy and windy here, so not much to do outside.  I spent the day running errands and getting caught up on things I've missed during this difficult week.  I am here now to share my DT card for this week's Alcohol Markers Challenge at The Outlawz site.  The theme for this first week in July is "picnics/barbecues".  Any image is fine, but you must have coloring with alcohol markers (any brand) on your project.

Here is my card:

My card base and mats are GKD Blue Denim and the patterned papers are from the Webster's Pages Citrus Squeeze collection.  My fun image is a digi called Thrill of the Grill from Karen's Doodles.  I printed it on Make it Colour Blending Card and colored it with my Copics.  The sentiment is from Create With TLC.  It is from the BBQ Word Art set in Paulette's store here.  A big button from my stash with some red twine finished my card.

Happy Day to Dad

Good afternoon!  Happy Monday!  Hope you had a good weekend and your week is off to a great start!  The weather has been stormy here for the last few days, but luckily, there has been only inconvenience, no damage done.  This week is going to be busy, but I am here to share a card I made for a few challenges I  like doing when I can.  Quite a few challenges had Father's Day or masculine cards as a theme, so it was fun to be able to put them together.

Here is my card:

My card base and mats are SU Bordering Blue and the patterned papers are from the Basic Grey Oxford 6x6 pad.  This is a much simpler style of card than I usually make, but that always seems to work best for masculine cards.  The cute image is digi11304 All Tied Up from QKR Stampede.  I printed it on Make it Colour Blending Card and colored it with my Copics.  The sentiment is from Create With TLC.  Some grosgrain ribbon and a simple bow finished my card.

Here is a close-up of the image:

Beauty Comes From Within

Good afternoon! Happy Tuesday! Hope you had a good weekend and your week is off to a great start!  I've been struggling to find crafting time recently, but I did manage to make a card for a few challenges I enjoy, so I'm popping by to share it.

Here is what I came up with:

My card base and mats are SU Baja Breeze and the patterned papers are from the My Mind's Eye Kate & Co. Cambridge Court 6x6 pad.  The adorable image is Little Mama from Elisabeth Bell's Digital Collection.  She is the newest addition to Elisabeth's digital collection and I was lucky enough to have won her when the Digi Bells did their blog hop with her!  I had to use her right away!  I printed her on Make it Colour Blending Card and colored her with my Copics.  I added a bunch of pink Stickles to her accessories and used my Viva Decor Rose Paper Pen to give dimension to the strand of pearls on the ground.  I added lots more accents with my Viva Decor White Pearl Pen.  The sentiment is from Create With TLC.  I added a bunch of girly embellishments: some heart lace, a triple-loop seam binding bow, a bling butterfly, three pretty pearl accents that I won from Miriam's Crafting Supplies, and a bunch of mulberry paper roses from my stash.  Most are from Wild Orchid Crafts, but a couple are from the wonderful Sweet Stuff I won from Jacque's blog.

Here is a close-up of the image:

I am entering my card in the following challenges:
613 Avenue Create #22 (create your own challenge from grid; see below what I used)

Good morning!  Happy Friday!  Yay, it's nearly the weekend!  I'm looking forward to it even though the weather isn't supposed to be that great.  Who knows, maybe the weathermen will be wrong.  I am here now to share my DT card for this week's Copic/ProMarker Challenge on The Outlawz site.  The theme this time is "Easter/Spring".  We look forward to seeing all your beautiful Springy creations!  Just remember you must have some coloring with alcohol markers on your project.  Any brand is fine.

Here is my card:

Sorry about the dark pics.  My regular camera is having some issues at the moment and my back-up wasn't charged.  My card base and mats are SU Pale Plum and the patterned papers are from the Basic Grey Kioshi collection.  My sweet image is Peek-a-Bunny from Elisabeth Bell's Digital Collection.  I printed her on Make it Colour Blending Card and colored her in soft pastels with my Copics.  I sponged in a cloudy sky around her.  The sentiment is from Create With TLC.  Some Baby Blue Liquid Pearls around the scalloped frame and some pretty satin flower ribbon finished my card.

Here is a close-up of the image:
