Friday Coloring Challenge - The Outlawz

Good morning!  Happy Friday!  Hope you had a great week and you have fun palns for the weekend!  It is supposed to rain all weekend here, so I am guessing our weekend activities will be limited to indoors.  That's OK.  I've got lots to catch up on inside.  I am popping in with my DT card for this week's Friday Coloring Challenge at The Outlawz site.  The theme for this first week of October is "anything Alice in Wonderland" in honor of Mad Hatter Day coming up on Tuesday.  Anything "Alice" will work, but please remember you must have a hand-colored image somewhere on your project to enter.

Here is my card:

My card base and mats are GKD Blue Denim and the patterned papers are from the Little Yellow Bicycle Feels Like Home 6x6 pad.  The fun AIW image is Alice Drink Me by Elaine Cox from Sweet Pea Stamps.  I colored it all with my Copics.  I added a few playing cards that I cut out with my Cameo.  A chevron-striped ribbon bow and a wooden clock face finished my card.

Here is a close-up of the colored image:

Little Miss Muffet - Inspiration Thursday

Good afternoon!  Happy Thursday!  I hope you are having a good week so far!  We've had pretty rainy weather here all week, but thankfully not the awful flooding that other areas are experiencing.  The rain does make it easier to be inside, though, and I have tried to get caught up on a few things.  I am popping in here to share my DT card for Little Miss Muffet Stamps.  It's Inspiration Thursday, so throughout the day, the Little Misses will be sharing inspiration projects with some of favorite LMMS images over in the Little Miss Muffet Facebook group.  There are quite a few fabulous new images in the shop, so you'll definitely want to check out both spots today.

Here is my card:

My card base and mats are SU Bermuda Bay and the patterned papers are from the My Mind's Eye Collectable "Notable" 6x6 pad.  The darling image is Jr. Sunbonnet Serene.  She is one of the new digis in the shop.  I colored her with my Copics, of course.  The sentiment is from Create With TLC.  A few gems and a dotted ribbon bow finished my card.

Little Miss Muffet - Inspiration

Good morning!  Happy Monday!  Hope you had a good weekend and your week is off to a great start!  I've been totally MIA for the past week.  First, I was waiting for Geek Squad to repair my computer, then I had my dear friend visiting me from Sweden and then I was out of town with very limited internet access. I feel so out of touch, but it was a kind of nice forced break from the computer.  I am trying hard to catch up today.  I am here now with my Little Miss Muffet DT card from last Thursday.  I couldn't get online to post it then.  It was Inspiration Thursday and the Little Misses posted lots of wonderful inspiration projects over in the Little Miss Muffet Facebook group.  I hope you had a chance to check them out.

Here is my belated creation:

My card base and mats are SU Island Indigo and the patterned papers are from my stash so I am not exactly sure which pad they are from.  The adorable image is Sugar 'n Spice Dolls Ginger from Little Miss Muffet Stamps.  I colored her with my Copics then cut her out and popped her up.  The cute sentiment is from Create With TLC.  A simple satin bow finished my card.

Here is a close-up of the colored image:

Thanks for stopping by!  Hope you take a moment to check out the fabulous projects the rest of the Little Misses posted Thursday and the days since!  You still have until tomorrow to enter our "many layers" challenge over on the Little Miss Muffet blog.  We hope to see your creation there!

I am entering my card in the following challenges:

I've got nothing really special planned, but it is supposed to be a beautiful weekend, so I hope to get out and enjoy it!  I am here now to share my DT card for this week's Friday Coloring Challenge at The Outlawz site.  The theme this week is Cinco de Mayo, Mexican food/culture or the colors of the flag of Mexico."  Lots of possibilities!  You can use any coloring medium you'd like, but you must have a hand-colored image on your project to enter.

Here is my card:

I went with the colors of the Mexican flag for my card.  The card base and mats are SU Basic Black and the patterned papers are from the Graphic 45 The Magic of Oz collection.  The beautiful image is Red Poppy Fairy by Meredith Dillman, available from Sweet Pea Stamps.  I colored it with my Copics.  The sentiment is from Sharon at her A Piece of Heart blog. It was a Friday freebie many moons ago and I thought it went well with the image.  I didn't add any other embellishments so that the image could take center stage.

Good morning!  Happy Saturday!  Hope your weekend is off to a great start!  It is pouring down rain here and it's supposed to be like this all weekend.  It's guess it's another weekend for indoor activities. Before getting on with my day, I am here with my DT post for this week's Sketch Saturday Challenge.  We are sponsored by Bunny Zoe's Crafts and the prize is a £10 gift certificate for the Bunny Zoe's Crafts shop.

Here is this week's sketch, designed by Debra:

And here is my card:

My card base and mats are SU Gumball Green and the patterned papers are from the Recollections Bright Christmas 6x6 pad.  I created the fun Winter scene by merging two digis from Make it Crafty: Jasmine Hot Chocolate and Winter Seat.  I printed the merged image on MiC Blending Card and colored it with my Copics.  I airbrushed the sky with Copic B12.  The sentiment is from Create With TLC.  I didn't add any more embellishments so the scene was the main focus.

Here is a close-up of the scene:

Copic Colors:
