Friday Coloring Challenge - The Outlawz

Hi there!  Happy Friday!  Hope you had a great week and there's something fun on your agenda for the weekend!  It's been a busy week and I'm looking forward to a nice break.  We've got a couple of fun events to attend, so looking forward to this evening and beyond.  I am here, on the right day even, with my DT card for this week's Friday Coloring Challenge at The Outlawz site.  The theme this week is "anything goes" with the option to add a Christmas twist.  The twist entirely optional, but you must still have a hand-colored image somewhere on your card to enter.  Easy peasy.

Here is my card:

My card base and mats are SU Bravo Burgundy and the patterned papers are from an older Webster's Pages collection.  The beautiful image is Sapphire by Norma J. Burnell.  It is available from Norma's Fairy Tangles Art Etsy shop.  I colored it with my Copics then added some Liquid Pearls accents here and there.  The sentiment is from Create With TLC.  A pretty silk flower and a little white flower spray finished my card.

Good morning!  Happy Monday!  Hope you had a nice weekend and your week is off to a great start!  We were very busy all weekend and I am trying to catch up today.  I am late with my DT card for this week's Friday Coloring Challenge.  The theme is "color inspiration", courtesy of Design Seeds. You don't have to match the colors exactly, but we want to be able to recognize the overall color palette. As always, you must have a hand-colored image somewhere on your card.

Here is the the color inspiration:

Here is my card:

Friday Coloring Challenge - The Outlawz

Good morning!  Happy Friday!  Hope you had a great week and you have fun plans for the weekend!  Sorry it's been a bit since I last posted.  I had some technical issues that took awhile to overcome, but I am back with my DT card for this week's Friday Coloring Challenge at The Outlawz site.  The theme this week is "hats" in honor of "make a hat day" which is on September 15th.   Anything hat-related will work, but you must have a hand-colored image somewhere on your project to enter.

Here is my card:

My center-step card base and mats are SU Basic Black and the patterned papers are from the Webster's Pages Hollywood Vogue colletion.  The fun image is Socialite by Kenny K.  I love her hat! I colored it with my Copics and added some Stickles and Liquid Pearls for accents.  The image and black mat were cut out with my Cameo.  The sentiment is from Create With TLC.  Some diamond-shaped gems, alpha stickers and a decorative heart sticker finished my card.

Here is a close-up of the colored image:
