Alcohol Markers Challenge - The Outlawz

Good morning!  Happy Friday!  Hope you've had a good week and you have fun plans for the weekend!  My plans are to get my craft room back in order after emptying it for painting and reorganizing.  I hope the fresh space will give me some much-needed inspiration!  Anyway, I am here with my DT post for this Alcohol Markers Challenge at The Outlawz.  The theme this week is "winter wonderland", which I believe it is for many of you out there!  You can interpret this as you'd like, but you must have coloring with alcohol markers (any brand) on your project to enter.

Here is my card:

My card base and mats are SU Ruby Red and the patterned paper is from an old My Mind's Eye 12x12 pad.  I think it is Wild Asparagus, but the cover is missing.  The fun image is Snowball Fight Digi Stamp from Make it Crafty.  I printed it on MiC Blending Card and colored it with my Copics.  I colored in the sky and clouds with my Copics, too.  Don't they look like they are having fun?  The sentiment is from Create With TLC.  A couple of gems from my stash finished my card.

Here is a close-up of the colored image:

Thanks for stopping by!  Be sure to visit the Alcohol Markers Challenge and check out the fabulous winter creations from the rest of the DT!  WE hope you will play along!  The January challenges are being sponsored by Mitzi Sato-Wiuff of Aurora Wings.  One randomly-selected participant in our challenges will win a $10 GC to shop for digis in Mitzi's Etsy shop.  You'll definitely want to be in the running for this great prize!

I am entering my card in the following challenges:
Sunday Sketch and Stamp #188 (Sam's sketch)
Party Time Tuesdays #154 (color inspiration)
Stamp & Create January Challenge (winter wonderland)
Crafting for All Seasons #68 (bright and beautiful)
Cute Card Thursday #303 (cold and frosty)

  2. So adorable! I wish we would get some of the white stuff this year. Rain predicted for later today. Guess you'll get it, too. How nice it will be to have your craft room all freshly painted and organized. Have fun getting it back together.

  11. This MIC image makes me chuckle, especially that little girl with the skirt. Reminds me of myself, oh I was such a tomboy, and it never matter if I was wearing girlie clothes, I was always ready to get down and dirty. Beautifully coloured and a fantastic take on both the sketch and your colour inspiration. You go girl!!! TTYL :)S
