Here is SS-219:
And here is my card:
My favorite ice creams are pistachio, coffee and vanilla, so those are the colors (roughly) I used. I started with a card base of SU Baja Breeze and layered with patterned papers from the My Mind's Eye Indie Chic Nutmeg 6x6 pad. My fun image is Da Bomb from Kenny K. I printed it on Copic X-Press It and colored with my Copics. The sentiment is from Paulette at Create With TLC. Some ribbon and a few gems from my stash finished my card.
Here is a close-up of the image:
Thanks for stopping by! I hope to find some time to visit your blogs later on. Enjoy the rest of your day!

Morning Carla, I have to say how much I admire this really stunning card. The colours are just brilliant and you have coloured it wonderfully, her trousers are very realistic indeed, just like jeans! Where do you buy your Copic X-Press It paper from? I have just bought the Make It paper to try and it feels really super smooth. I normally use Nenah which is great but thought the time had come to try something a bit different!!
ReplyDeleteBack to you though! I love how you have used your dies too, this whole layout is just fantastic. Good Luck with the Kenny K Krafty Krew challenge, hope you come for next weeks challenge (you could have almost entered this card, hint hint!!), take care,
Andy

You and your cards have been missed, Carla. This one is so fun and, as usual, your paper is so awesome. I like how you tied the ribbon so the dots only show on the knot.
