Here is my card:
I started with SU Pool Party cardstock and layered the sketch panels with patterned papers from the My Mind's Eye Lost & Found Two Mabel 6x6 pad. My "friends" image is There For You from Mo's Digital Pencil. You can find it in Mo's store here. I printed it on Copic X-Press It and colored with my Copics. The sentiment is from Paulette at Create With TLC. I stitched around the panels, then added some seam binding and a couple of buttons from my stash to finish my card.

What a great card! I love the the image and how beautifully the girls are colored. I would love to color this up for my twin sister!! Great images and love your design!!
