Little Miss Muffet - Super Saturday

Good morning!  Happy Saturday and World Card Making Day!  Hope your weekend is off to a great start!  We're likely to have some stormy weather this weekend when the tropical storm moves ashore.  I'm hoping it won't be too bad by the time it reaches this far north.  To start the day, I am here to share a couple of cards for this week's Super Saturday at the Little Miss Muffet blog.  I'm afraid my post is a little late because Mr. Blogger decided to convert my scheduled post into a draft.  Anyway, we've got a few fun things for you today.  First, there is a freebie that is part of a new set of Graffiti Party images.  It's called Krew Writer and it's too cool!  There are more images in this group and more of the fun graffiti Barbara's been creating!  And, of course, they go perfectly with the awesome freebies and new stamps that were part of the Graffiti Party releases from Make it Crafty and Little Miss Muffet Stamps.

Here is my first card using today's freebie, Krew Writer:

My card base and mats are SU Buckaroo Blue and the patterned papers are from the Basic Grey Aged & Confused Vagabond collection.  I merged three images to make my scene: the urban background image that was a freebie from Make it Crafty as part of the Freebie Challenge and Krew Writer and Graffiti Background Drip, new from Little Miss Muffet Stamps.  I printed the merged image on MiC Blending Card and colored it all with my Copics.  I didn't add any embellishments so the image took center stage.

Here is a close-up of the colored images:

I have one more Graffiti Party inspiration project for you:

The cardstock is SU Blue Bayou and the patterned papers are from the Basic Grey Aged & Confused Sublime collection.  I created another scene with Urban Street Elements and Urban Gang Johnny and Courtney.  I added Graffiti Whateva from Little Miss Muffet Stamps to the wall and colored it similarly to how Barbara did in her tutorial here.  I finished it off with a bit of rustic bling.

Here is a close-up of the colored scene:

Thanks for stopping by!  Be sure to visit the Graffiti Party blog an check out all the fab inspiration projects from both DTs!  The Graffiti Party Freebie Challenge is still running until October 20.  All the details are on the Graffiti Party blog.

I am entering my card in the following challenge:
Addicted To Stamps Challenge #66 (create a scene)

Have a great day and see you soon!
