Wherever I needed coloring, I did it with my Copics. I also did some sponging with Antique Linen Distress Ink for an aged look. I kept my embellishments to a minimum, adding only coordinating bows and small pearl accents. This will make these easy to mail, too.

Oh, I am entering one of these cards into CraftyMess Challenge #23 (vintage Christmas).
Hi Carla, These are all just so special and beautiful. The images just scream Old Fashion Christmas which I love. The background papers on your first and third cards are two of my absolute favorites. I used them both this year for my personal Christmas Cards. Enjoy the upcoming week.
ReplyDeleteThese are gorgeous Carla! Loving the vintage style!

Oh my Carla, I am totally in love with each and every one of these!!
ReplyDeleteYour images fit perfectly with your papers, you are such a creative designer.
Have a great week.
They may not be your usual style but they're still beautiful. :-)
ReplyDeleteYou did a great job on these beautiful cards Carla. When you colored you did a beautiful job as always and the papers you used just set the images off beautifully. I wanted to email her for the extra freebies on TLC but when you click on her email it takes me to a type of mail that I can't or don't use. Is her email address somewhere else that I can find?
ReplyDeleteCarla, these are just beautiful cards, wonderful designs with those images & sentiments from Paulette--she will be thrilled! I may have to do some like this as well, as I am running out of time to finish what I need! LOL! :^)
