Friday Coloring Challenge - The Outlawz

Good morning!  Happy Friday!  I hope you had a great week and you have fun plans for the weekend.  Thankfully, I am feeling better today, so I am trying to get myself back on track with my crafting and blogging.  I am here now with my DT post for this week's Friday Coloring Challenge at The Outlawz site.  The theme for this last week of the month is "anything goes" with the option to add a Christmas twist.  The twist is completely optional, of course.  You may use any coloring medium you'd like, but you must still have a colored image as part of your project.

Here is my card:

I didn't go with the Christmas twist this time.  My card base and mats are SU Night of Navy and the patterned papers are from my stash.  I have no idea which pads they came from.  The fun image is Rosie the Riveter from Bombshell Stamps.  I printed her on MiC Blending Card and colored her with my copics.  The sentiment is from the same digi set.  I cut out a few gears from mirror cardstock with my Cameo.  The mirror stock is very hard to photograph!  Next time, I will use foil paper instead.  A simple bow and a few silver pearls finished my card.

Here is a close-up of the image:

Thanks for stopping by!  Be sure to visit the Friday Coloring Challenge to see the fantastic projects from my teammies, Dawn, Penny and Kathi!  We hope you will play along!  This is your last chance to be in the running for the August prize.  The August challenges are sponsored by Bombshell Stamps and they are offering the lucky winner a digi set of their choice.

I am entering my card in the following challenges:
Tuesday Morning Sketches #264 (sketch; I made it square)
Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge (anything goes)

Here is the sketch:

Have a great day and see you soon!
