Magic Happens

Hi there!  Happy Thursday!  It's very early, so you can assume that Blogger is up posting this for me!  I am here to share my Guest Designer card for Little Miss Muffet Challenges.  Today is new release day!   Little Miss Muffet Stamps is releasing the Hills of Mooradale collection -7 new digis by artist Simply Sophia.  Wait until you see these adorable and mystical new digi stamps!

Here is my card:

I used SU Pear Pizzazz for my card base and mats.  The dreamy patterned papers are from the Prima Fairy Flora 6x6 pad.  The sweet image is Lightning and Silverstar from Little Miss Muffet Stamps.  I printed it on Neenah Solar White and colored with my Copics.  I tried to get a rainbow effect for the tail and mane.  The background is sponged with Distress Inks.  I added a bunch of Star Dust Stickles to the unicorns' horns.  The sentiment is from Create With TLC.  A triple loop bow of Pear Pizzazz seam binding, a Wild Orchid Crafts Gardenia and a few iridescent gems from my stash finished my card.

Here is a close-up of the image:

Thanks for stopping by!  Be sure to visit the Little Miss Muffet Challenge blog and check out the beautiful and magical cards from the design team showcasing the new release stamps!  And don't forget you still have until next Tuesday to play along in the Writing challenge.  Hope you'll join in on the fun!

I am entering my card in the following challenges: Sketch Saturday #224, the Corrosive Challenge #157 (myth and magic) and Through The Craftroom Door Challenge #35 (always anything goes).

Have a great day and hope to see you soon!

  24. First congratulation on being the GDT. I was over at the challenge blog and seen your card and I love the way you colored the unicorns, I think you captured the magic of the unicorn and with the soft colors you added to the background.

  25. Well your coloring is good with this Carla but I tell you - this is not magic. This is two male unicorns fighting over a female that is hiding in the woods. I wonder who will win!!!!!
