Here is my card:
I used GKD Red Hot for my card base and mats. The patterned papers are from October Afternoon Report Card and Fly A Kite 8x8 pads. My fun image is Teacher Leah from Guylou's Inimitability. I printed her on X-Press It and colored with my Copics. I added Stickles here and there for some bling. Instead of a sentiment, I used Guylou's School Essentials. I colored the items with Copics and added more Stickles. Some Baker's Twine and three silver charms finished my card.
Here is a close-up of Leah:
Be sure to visit Guylou's Inimitability blog and check out the gorgeous creations from the rest of the DT and our Guest Designer, Lisa Lynn! We hope you will be inspired to play along with our ABC Primer challenge!
I am also entering my card in the Love To Create Challenge #31 (back to school), Incy Wincy Challenge (back to school) and the Tuesday Throwdown #114 (back to books - books or study theme).
Thanks for stopping by! See you later on!

The detail in this card is amazing, Carla. I love all the papers and your red mats look so good and also seem to go with anything "school" related. Your coloring is outstanding, as usual. I don't know how long it took you to produce this work of art, but it would have taken me a full 8 hour day, I'm sure. Wonderful job.

Outstanding and Beautiful! These are my adjectives for today! Your work is so wonderful I have to use my adjectives sparingly so I don't run out while I looking up more in my thesaurus. (LOL)
