Copic/Promarker Challenge - The Outlawz

Good morning!  Happy Friday!  Hope you've had a good week and you're ready for the weekend!  I'm off to a late start this morning and I this is going to be a quick post as I need to be out the door in a few and I probably won't be around all day.  Before I go, I'm here to post my DT card for this week's Copic/Promarker Challenge at The Outlawz site.  As always for the last week of the month, the theme is "anything goes".  If you have been following along with our calendar pages this year, the October calendar page template is available in the challenge thread along with instructions for printing it.  It is absolutely optional to do a calendar page for the challenge.  You can always stick with the ever-popular anything goes.

Here is my card:

My card base and mats are GKD Red Hot and the berry patterned papers are from the GKD Berries and Vines 6x6 pack.  My sweet image is Queens Cutie from Kenny K.  I printed her on Make it Colour Blending Card and colored her with my Copics.  I added a bit of Red Stickles to her pendants.  She was cut out and popped up on a Spellbinders Scalloped Circle frame.  The sentiment is from Paulette at Create With TLC.  Three Wild Orchid Crafts blossoms and a bunch of red pearls from my stash finished my card.

Here is a close-up of the image:

My card is also for Kenny K.'s Krafty Krew #112 (hey fruity - use fruit or fruit colors) and Sunday Sketch and Stamp #125 (sketch).

Thanks for stopping by!  Be sure to visit the Copic/Promarker Challenge and check out the fantastic creations from the rest of the DT and our wonderful Guest Designer for September, NanaConnie.
Our September challenges have been generously sponsored by Kenny K.   One lucky participant in our challenges will win 5 digis of their choice from Kenny K. Downloads!  Don't miss out on your last chance to be in the running for this awesome prize!

Have a great day and a great weekend and I will try and stop by your blogs tonight when I'm back.

  22. Well for some reason Miss Carla - the look on this lady's face tells me she know she's as cute as pie. Southern Pecan Pie or maybe Shoofly Pie. Or maybe Mississippi Mud Pie. Yum! Now Sugar, what kind of pie comes from Alabama - I would think maybe Pecan or Buttermilk. I love visiting you Carla and your design work is always wonderful as is your coloring.
