Sketch Saturday #293

Good morning!  Happy Saturday!  Hope your weekend is off to a great start!  It's going to be another busy one for me, but I'll be glad to get all my organizing done.  It feels so much better to work in a neat area!  The only problem is that I've put my things away in new spots and can't always remember where!  Anyway, I am here now with my DT post for this week's Sketch Saturday Challenge.  We are being sponsored by Bunny Zoe's Crafts, who are offering a GC to the store for the winner.

Here is my take on the sketch:

I flipped the sketch.  My card base and mats are SU Not Quite Navy and the patterned papers are from the My Mind's Eye Cut & Paste "Presh" 6x6 pad.  I cut the arrows from another sheet of the same paper pad. The fun image is Color Me Janette digistamp from Kenny K. Downloads.  She is also available in rubber by Whimsy Stamps from Bunny Zoe's Crafts. I printed her on MiC Blending Card and colored her with my Copics.  The sentiment is from Create With TLC.   Two metal buttons with some Baker's Twine finished my card.

The Digi Bells Blog Hop

This is quite a different color combo for me, but I wanted to go with some warm, cozy colors.  My card base and mats are SU Crisp Cantaloupe and the patterned papers are from the My Mind's Eye Miss Caroline Dolled Up 6x6 pad.  I printed Me Time on MiC Blending card and colored her with my Copics.  The sentiment is from Create With TLC.    Some narrow stitched ribbon and a tiny button finished my card.

Alcohol Markers Challenge - The Outlawz

Good morning!  Happy Friday!  Hope you've had a great week and you have fun plans for the upcoming weekend!  I hope to finish up my craft room and then strive to keep it neat and organized!  I know hubby will be thrilled once his part of the "project" is done!  Anyway, I am here with the first of two posts today to share my DT card for this week's Alcohol Markers Challenge at The Outlawz site.  The theme this week is another color inspiration.  We've been enjoying adding in one of these here and there.  Please know that the color palette shown is just a guide.  You do not have to match every color exactly.  We just want to see the general color scheme on your project.  You must have some coloring with alcohol markers (any brand) to enter.

My card base is SU Not Quite Navy and the solid patterned papers are from the Authentique Winter and Basic Grey What's Up 6x6 pads.  The gorgeous image is Icy Snow Queen by Mitzi Sato-Wiuff of AuroraWings. Mitzi is our sponsor this month and she shared one of her beautiful images with each of the DT members to use for the challenges.  This is the one I chose.  I printed her on MiC Blending Card and colored her with my Copics in the inspiration color palette.  For embellishments, I only added the icy bling corners. I added Icicle Stickles to finish my card.

Little Miss Muffet Challenge #77 and New Release

Good morning!  Happy Thursday!  Hope you've had a great week so far!  We're just one day away from the weekend!  I am hoping that a little more time this weekend and I will be all organized and ready to rock!  But I'm getting ahead of myself!  It's only Thursday and time for my Little Miss Muffet DT post.  We've got double the fun for you this week - a brand new challenge and a new release!  You are going to love both!  The theme for Challenge #77 is "what a fuss".  We want to see a fussy-cut image on your project.

Here is my card:

My card base and mats are SU Pretty in Pink and the patterned papers are from the Echo Park Bundle of Joy Girl 6x6 pad.  The adorable image is Polka Dot Pals Shania to whom I added Polka Dot Pals Ready Faces 1.  I colored her with my Copics, cut her out and popped her up on a Spellbinders Decorative Labels Eight Frame.  The sentiment is from Create With TLC.  A triple-loop seam binding bow, flower button and a few pearls from my stash finished my card.

Digi Bells GDT - Li'l Lynda's Piano Forte

Good morning!  Happy Monday!  Hope you had a great weekend and your week is off to a terrific start!  We spent the entire weekend working on my craft room.  Poor hubby worked like a dog getting the room painted and putting together some of my new furniture/storage pieces. I think he was glad to head back to work today!  There's still a lot to do, but it's looking fantastic so far.  I'll post some pictures when everything is done.  Anyway, it's my turn to post on The Digi Bells blog today as part of my GDT term.

My card base and mats are SU Pool Party and the pretty patterned papers are from the My Mind's Eye Collectable "Memorable" 6x6 pad.  The adorable image is Li'l Lynda's Piano Forte from the Elisabeth Bell Digital Collection.  I printed her on MiC Blending Card and colored her with my Copics.  The sentiment is from Create With TLC. Some pearl flourishes, Pearl Pen accents and a few Wild Orchid Crafts Sweetheart Blossoms finished my card.
