Create With TLC - Blog Hop

Hi again!  Hope you are having a great Sunday so far!  It's time for our latest Create With TLC blog hop! Today, Paulette and the Create With TLC DT have a fun-filled blog hop with lots of  fabulous creations to inspire you!  The theme for the hop is "it's a jungle out there".  Paulette has generously provided fantastic freebies for you to pick up at every stop along the way.  If you arrived here from Candy's wonderful blog, you are in the right place.  If not, you'll want to head back to the Create With TLC blog and start the hop from there so you don't miss any of the team's gorgeous creations or the fantastic freebies!

Here is the unique vintage image I got to create with:

To download the freebie for yourself, click on the image, then right click and choose
"Save as..." and save it to your computer.

Here is my card with the image:

My card base and mats are SU Island Indigo and the patterned paper is from the October Afternoon Woodland Park 8x8 pad.  I printed the image on MiC Blending Card and colored it with my Copics.  The sentiment is also from Create With TLC.  I added a chevron-striped bow as the only embellishment to finish my card.

Thanks for hopping by!  Your next stop is the talented Cynthia's blog, where she has something beautiful to share with you!  Enjoy all the freebies and the rest of the hop!

If you get lost along the way, here is the whole list:
Carla (you are here)

Have a great day and see you soon!

  37. Twice now as I've been typing my comment, the page has refreshed and I've lost both. So, this time I just stopped the page from continuing to load and hopefully I'll get somewhere. It is possible you'll have two partial comments in which case please delete those for me. Now let's see...what was I saying...

Your card, as always, is just stunning. Love the bright and bold colour choices you've used. I have about four months of your posts sitting in my inbox just waiting for me to find some extra time to check them out. You are one of the most talented card makers I've come across during my journeys over the last year and a half in blogland and I miss checking out your incredible work more regularly. Hopefully one day soon, I'll manage to catch up on a few at least. Thankfully at I least get to see snippets in the inspiration line-up over at TLC. Which finally brings me to thank you for offering up one of Paulette's awesome images for us!
