Circus, Circus

Good morning!  Happy Wednesday!  Halfway through the week already!  Hope you've had a good one so far!  Before I head out for the morning, I thought I'd pop in and share the card I made for a couple of challenges.  It is for the Mayzy Art Challenge #002 (circus theme) and the Papertake Weekly Challenge #69 (anything goes, option to make a card for a boy or man).

Here is my card for the challenges:

I started with a card base of SU Soft Sky and layered with patterned paper from the Basic Grey What's Up 6x6 pad.  For my circus scene, I merged two images, Circus Tent from Make it Crafty and Ringmaster from Mayzy Art.  I printed the merged image on Copic X-Press It Blending Card and colored it all with my Copics.  I added some Gold Stickles to the sign, her baton and some of the details on her outfit.   I also added a bit of Star Dust Stickles here and there for a little extra sparkle.

I kept the embellishments to a minimum with only a triple-loop bow and a star punched from turquoise glitter paper to finish my card.
