It's time for a new challenge and we are also having a blog hop with the chance to win some fabulous prizes!
This week's challenge: Punches Die Cuts and Diamonds...oh my!
This time around, Tracy is challenging us to make a project using punches, die cuts and bling.
Challenge Deadline:
You have until 10:00 PM (EDT) on May 17th to link your project to the Inlinkz at the end of the challenge post.
How to participate:
You may enter only ONE project per challenge, but if you use a Guylou's Inimitability digistamp, your project will count for two entries. If you don't have one of Guylou's digistamps, you can check the online store where several freebies are available.
Challenge Prizes:
A winner will be selected randomly and will win:
1. A $10.00 gift certificate from Guylou's online store.
2. An invitation to be a Guest Designer on one of our upcoming challenges.
Our Guest Designer for this challenge is: Glenda
Glenda was the winner of our recent "monochromatic" challenge and was invited to join us this week.Check out her gorgeous project on Guylou's Inimitability Blog.
Here is my project for the challenge and hop:
The Guylou's digistamp I used is William and Kate. You can find it in the GI online store here. I printed it on Cryogen White and colored it with my Copics. I added some Stickles and Liquid Pearls for some sparkle and shine. The image is matted with a Spellbinders Classic Circles die cut and a Cheery Lynn French Pastry Doily die cut. I added another die cut in the right corner (Cheery Lynn Dutch Scallop Square Frame die) and a Cheery Lynn Fanciful Flourish die cut on the left. I added a butterfly I punched with my Martha Stewart punch. The sentiment is from Gina K. Designs Arranged With Love set. The patterned papers are from the Basic Grey Capella collection. Some diamond-shaped bling and a few rhinestones on the butterfly finished my card. Oh, and I used the Sketch Saturday #205 sketch for my layout.
