You have until 10:00 PM (EDT) on November 15th to link your project to the Inlinkz at the end of the challenge post.
How to participate:
You may enter only ONE project per challenge, but if you use a Guylou's Inimitability digistamp, your project will count for two entries. If you don't have one of Guylou's digistamps, you can check the online store where several freebies are available.
Challenge Prizes:
A winner will be selected randomly and will win:
1. A $10.00 gift certificate from Guylou's online store
2. An invitation to be a Guest Designer on one of our upcoming challenges
Our Guest Designer for this challenge is: Julie
Julie was the winner of our recent Weather challenge and was invited to join us this week. Check out her beautiful project on Guylou's Inimitability Blog.
Here is my card:
My card base and mats are SU Night of Navy and the two patterned papers are from the My Mind's Eye Moments 6x6 pad. I punched the borders of the vertical panel with an EK Success Fleur de Lis Edger Punch. My fun image is Lotus Traveling from Guylou's Inimitability. I printed her on Make it Colour Blending Card and colored her with my Copics. I added some Buttercup Liquid Pearls to her necklace, buttons and handbag handle. I also added Glossy Accents to her glasses. Of course, I had to add a feather to her hat! The image was cut out and matted with Spellbinders Petite Ovals dies. The sentiment is from Paulette at Create With TLC. Three Wild Orchid Crafts roses finished my card.
Here is a close-up of Lotus:
Thanks for stopping by! Be sure to visit Guylou's Inimitability blog and check out the fantastic creations from the rest of the DT and our Guest Designer, Julie! We hope you will be inspired to play along with us!
I am also entering my card in the following challenges:
Seems A Little Sketchy #25 (sketch)
Anything Goes #79 (anything goes)
Fab 'n Funky #145 (dies and punches)
Charisma Cardz #43 (2 patterned papers, 3 embellishments/flowers, 1 image/sentiment)
Have a great day and I'll be back later on with my DT card for this week's Copic/Promarker Challenge at The Outlawz.
Such a cool card, i love it! Great image, and I like the little touches, like the glossy accents on the glass lenses and the feather in the hat.
ReplyDeleteVery interesting post I like it guys I also share with you some tips hope you like it A business card is an entrepreneur’s best friend, his most valuable marketing tool and an essential element to becoming UNFORGETTABLE. Unfortunately, too many people have business cards that simply blend into the multitude of cookie cutter crap. And that’s a shame, because a business card is more powerful than you think.ID Card Maker
