Hi! Hope you are having a good week so far! I can't believe it is Wednesday already! It's sure been busy for me. We have some dear friends coming to visit from out of town tomorrow and I need to have everything ready before they arrive. I can't wait to have some crafty time with my buddy, too! It's been too long since we've gotten together!
Anyway, I'm popping in now to share the card I made for a couple of challenges. It's for the Just Magnolia Challenge #149 (more than one fold), Midweek Magnolias Challenge #4 (sketch) and 7 Kids College Fund Challenge #44 (Shades of Spring). It's rare that I pull out my Maggies these days, but I knew this cutie was perfect for what I wanted to create.
Here is the Midweek Magnolias Sketch:
Here is my card for the challenges:
I decided on an easel card for my multi-fold creation. I started with a card base of Papertrey Spring Moss and layered with patterned papers from the Prima Annabelle 6x6 pad. My darling Magnolia stamp is Tilda Loves Flowers from the Sweet Crazy Love collection. I stamped her on Cryogen White and colored her with my Copics. I added some Stickles to the bouquet of flowers for a little sparkle. The sentiment is from Create With TLC. It is from the You Bring Sunshine set. Check it out in Paulette's store here. I added a few pink gems and three Wild Orchid Crafts roses to the front panel to finish it. I created the easel stop with a border cut with the Cheery Lynn Border Carnivale die. I punched a couple of butterflies with a Martha Stewart punch and finished them off with a few more pink gems.
Thanks for stopping by! Have a great evening and see you soon!
Carla I love your layout and your coloring is wonderful. Love all the roses, butterflies and the sentiment.

Well, Ms. Carla, This is spectacular, I love the way you have the butterflies holding up the easel card, that is genius on your part. As for the rest of your card, well, STUNNING is an understatement, thanks so much for joining us this fortnight at 7 Kids.

Your card is so sweet, Carla. I like that you used the die for your easel stop and it looks so pretty. What a 'happy' sentiment, too. This card would be great for little ones to grandmothers.
