Here is Card Patterns Sketch #127:
And here is my take on the sketch:
Tiffany generously provided the DT with one of her images to create our sample. I chose this beautiful Warbler Cherry Blossoms for my card. I started with a 5" square card base of SU Melon Mambo and layered with patterned papers from the Webster's Pages Ladies & Gents/Trendsetter Petite Papers pack. I printed the image on Cryogen White Iridescent and colored with Copic markers. The cherry blossoms were highlighted with Crystal Stickles to make them glisten. I added White Opal Liquid Pearls around the Spellbinders scalloped circle frame. A triple-loop silk ribbon bow and a tiny rose finished my card.
Thanks for stopping by! Be sure to check out the gorgeous samples from the rest of the DT on the Card Patterns Sketch blog! Have a wonderful weekend!
your card is absolutely beautiful!!!!
ReplyDeleteCarla this is just amazing!!! I love how you colored this image and really brought it to life! Love the stickles and the liquid pearls! My LP are too runny! I need to try these newer ones! Gorgeous! I don't know how you got anything done through this move!!! My hat's off to ya!!! I have been away with my sister and now leave tomorrow for the NE for almost 2 weeks so I'm basically taking a bloggiing break except for prescheduled things. I hope you get some mail from me soon... I wanted you to have a little something to greet you at your new house but I was late for that. Sorry about that! I know it's terribly hot there!!! I hope you are loving it though and that things go smoothly!!!
