SFYTT and a Recipe Thank You

I'm back to share a card I made for two challenges.  First, it is for the Sketch For You To Try (SFYTT) at iheart2stamp.com.  Jen Del Muro has changed things up a bit in the new year. You can check all the details here.   My card is also for the Saturday challenge on the Our Creative Corner blog. The challenge this week was a Thank You Recipe Challenge - to make a thank you card using a blue and cream palette, something metal and vellum.

I used the Magnolia Tilda With Amaryllis for my main image.  I colored her with Copic markers, but changed up the colors so it wouldn't look like a Christmas image.  There is a touch of much needed green and brown here - hope that's OK.  It's mainly a blue and cream palette.  I stamped the circular border and Thank You sentiment (from Gina K. Designs Organize It set) onto vellum with Memento Rich Cocoa, cut it out and layered with Spellbinders Scallop and Classic Circle Nestabilities.  The card base is Baja Breeze and the patterned paper is from the Tim Holtz Paper Stash Vintage Shabby 12 x 12 pad.  I finished it with some Bazzill paper flowers, a button and a metal ring with a bit of ribbon from my stash.
