Alcohol Markers Challenge - The Outlawz

Good morning!  Happy Friday!  Hope you've had a great week and you have some fun plans for the upcoming weekend!  It's been a busy week for me, so I am hoping for a little quiet time in the craft room this weekend.  We've had some strong thunderstorms this morning and the forecast is for lots of rain over the next few days.  At least we know that Spring is here!  Anyway, I am here now with my DT card for this week's Alcohol Markers Challenge at The Outlawz.  The theme this week is "Spring has Sprung".  You can do anything you'd like that suggests Spring, but please remember you must have coloring with alcohol markers (any brand) on your project.

Here is my card:

My card base and mat are SU Real Red and the patterned paper is from the Glitz Designs Cashmere Dame 6x6 pad.  I created a Spring scene by merging a couple of Make it Crafty digi images: Country View Pre-Made Digi Scene and Tress Joyful.  I printed the merged image on Make it Colour Blending Card and colored it with my Copics.  A simple bow finished my card.

Here is a close-up of the colored scene:

Thanks for stopping by!  Be sure to visit the Alcohol Markers Challenges and check out the beautiful Spring creations by my teammies, Dawn, Linda, Penny and Kathi.  We hope you will play along this week.  We are thrilled to have Make it Crafty sponsoring our April Challenges.  One lucky participant will win  $10 Gift Certificate for the Make it Crafty Store.  As a bonus, we will have a second drawing for another $10 GC for participants that use a Make it Crafty image on their project! How good is that? You'll definitely want to be in on the fun!

I am entering my card in the following challenges:
Loves Rubberstamps Challenge #97 (anything goes)
MarkerPop Challenge #40 (Spring)

Have a wonderful day and see you soon!
