Copic/ProMarker Challenge - The Outlawz

Hi there!  I'm popping in early with my DT card for this week's Copic/ProMarker Challenge at The Outlawz site.  The theme this week is "anything goes", but we have an optional twist this year for the last challenge of the month and that is to create a card with a Christmas theme.  What better way to get a head start on your Christmas projects?  I don't know about you, but I was complaining a lot in December about having waited until the last minute for my cards!  I'm all over this option for the challenge!

Here is my card:

My card base and mats are SU Real Red and the patterned papers are from the Bo Bunny Mistletoe 6x6 pad.  My adorable image is Little Elf Finn from Mo's Digital Pencil.  I printed him on Make it Colour Blending Card and colored him with my Copics.  I added Red and Silver Stickles here and there for some sparkle.  I used my Letraset Silver Metallic pen for the ornament top and Glossy Accents on the holly berries.  The sentiment is from Create With TLC.

Here is a close-up of Little Elf Finn:

Thanks for stopping by!  Be sure to visit the Copic/ProMarker Challenge and check out the gorgeous creations from the rest of the DT!  We hope you will play along this week!  The January challenges are being sponsored by our very own DT sistah, Dawn.  Dawn is offering a $15 GC to Etsy to one randomly-selected participant in the challenges this month.   There are also lots of fabulous site-wide prizes up for grabs when you enter the challenges at The Outlawz!

I am entering my card in the following challenge:
Sweet Sunday Sketch #176 (sketch)

Here is the sketch:

Have a great day and hope to see you again soon!

  3. Carla, that is such a fun and adorable image. I love your awesome papers, too. I'm joining the fan club Christmas challenge on SCS this year to get my cards made early...for the first time.

No, we have rain but the temps are too warm for freezing rain. We thought we would have some, thankfully it didn't happen.

  15. Great take on the sketch.

I love that elf. She's adorable and reminds me of elves that my mil collected. I wonder where they are?

Anyways, that elf is perfectly colored and just exudes mischief.
